All of the staff are super friendly and helpful. They complete all service requests the same day or as fast as possible. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking to live in the RINO area.

I toured 6 different apartments in the RiNo area and none of them came close in comparison to the high quality of customer service I received here. Didn't book an appointment, but one of the staff members named Janelle was able to pencil me in for a tour. She was extremely helpful and thorough in teaching me about the complex and answering all of my questions. When it came to the signing of the paperwork for my apartment it was very easy and straight forward to complete online. Janelle was also very prompt in returning emails or phone calls and answering all my questions I had throughout this process as well. I would highly recommend stopping by this apartment complex if you're looking for a new place.

I have lived here for going on 6 years and I love this place, especially since the new management company, CWS, took over a few years ago. The staff is so accommodating and will find solutions for your comfort and to make you happy. Gorgeous pool, gym, and they are constantly adding updates/new amenities (new gym equipment is coming all the time). I find residents in this building will complain about virtually anything but I feel extremely lucky to live here and very happy I just resigned my lease for the 5th time!!

Marq at Rino is defintely a chill, fun place to live. Lived here for a year, the staff and security are helpful and friendly. Kara especially is outstanding, she was able to help us from the start with anything and everything we needed and she didnt mind to go out of her way to ensure everyone is enjoying their living experience. Best view of the downtown on the rooftop and the pool and other facilities make your time here feel luxurious.

I have lived here for over a year and the staff has been nothing but amazing! My roommate moved out and I had a new one move in. Something that seems like it'd be a huge hassle was completely seamless and so easy thanks to Kara specifically. She answered my 100's of questions in a timely manner and NEVER seemed to get annoyed of all I've asked of her the last 2 weeks. I would recommend this complex to anyone. I can tell you none of my friends apartment complexes have mimosa brunches, sipping and painting, or trivia nights with their residents. They go the extra mile to get to know us and have fun events after their work hours on a regular basis. Not only is the staff great but the pool, hot tubs, and all amenities are all amazing! I would HIGHLY recommend living here.

First off, as you're reading these reviews keep in mind that people are much more likely to write a negative review if they have a bad experience than a positive one if they have a good experience, which in my opinion is why the Marq at RiNo has a way lower rating than it deserves. I remember when my wife and I were looking for places out here last May (moved from upstate NY) and literally almost passed on this place because of a couple bad reviews. Thankfully we did not. I've spoken to enough of my fellow residents by now to know that the overwhelming majority of people living here are extremely satisfied with this place. Therefore, I thought that it was only right to share my wonderful experience living at the Marq for over a year and a half now. To start, the facilities are phenomenal and for the most part always very clean. When my family came into town a couple months ago, they were really diggin' the place.. especially the pool areas. While I honestly have not even swam in the pool (have used the hot tubs plenty of times), the surrounding area is a nice quiet/peaceful little courtyard that's awesome to hang out in. On Saturday's it can get a little rambunctious during the day because people invite friends over to party but other than that it's super low key. The weight room isn't "state-of-the-art" but it has more than enough equipment to not need a gym membership. I personally have also used the conference center a lot because I work from home. The conference room usually has no one in it which is nice too. Overall, the environment is very pleasant and makes me feel good about where I live. Oh and the location is freaking MINT. It's a short walk to the downtown (or 3-4 minute bike ride) and is literally where people park to go to Rockies games at Coors Field. Don't worry though, they have to park next to the other complex, "The Crossing". With all that being said, hands down the best part of living at the Marq is the staff. They've always been super friendly and helpful. Gotta give a special shoutout to Devante Matthews and Kara Teague though. Sometime around the year mark of us living here, Kara and Devante started working here and right from the jump, I could tell we were super lucky to have them both. Anytime we've ever had an issue with something Devante has quickly and efficiently gotten the situation resolved for us. He's a great guy and phenomenal community director. Kara has helped us out in some big ways too and also deserves more credit for all the effort she seems to put into organizing some awesome community events. I would be thrilled to have them both as employees if I were CWS Apartments. But it honestly doesn't even stop there. The maintenance team deserve HUGE props as well. They have some not-so-fun things (to say the least) that they have to try and deal with/fix and every time Oscar or Rene is helping me or somebody else, they're ALWAYS..and I'm dead serious..ALWAYS doing it with a smile on their face and a great attitude. Give those guys a raise, they definitely deserve it!!! Anyways, that is my true 100% non-biased review of The Marq at RiNo and I hope that it helps anyone that may be worried about the bad reviews people have posted. I have in no way, shape or form been asked or influenced to write this... although if CWS Apartments wants to now give me a discounted rent payment I'll certainly take it! Haha

I've been living here 3 months now and haven't had any problems staff is always friendly (A+), and will go out of there way to get things fixed or a problem resolved. 5 min walk to rino or Coors field, great location.

BE CAREFUL of BAIT and SWITCH and read the fine print!!! I can't give this place one star as I really enjoyed the amenities that they provided but beyond that I would tell everyone to be very cautious when they move here. We were sold on the place in our tour but couldn't see all units. We picked one based off of floor plan online that was an A7 unit with a big open floor plan. When we got our keys to move in, our apartment was not an A7 and furthermore had an office in it, which we never would have wanted. The staff at that time told us that an A7 unit doesn't exist.... later telling us it did exist and they'd move us, which they never did. We felt like it was a bait and switch as we heard no one was taking those "office" apartments. The manager at the time told us we could also move elsewhere when we wanted to as we were not happy with our layout. Then new staff came in and told us that we couldn't move out as the previous staff had told us without hefty fines. So we sat for a year with wasted space we never adequately used. When we moved out we were told we would not get our $175 non-refundable deposit taken off the amount we owed for cleaning. Apparently if you do a regular deposit it's $1000 so we opted into the $175 and assumed it'd either be taken off our final balance owed or just not returned. We then learned that our $175 just goes to their company and doesn't compensate us for any deposit at all.... very disheartening after a bad experience already.

I've lived here three years and I love everything about it except for the security. I've had bikes stolen from inside the parking garage and my car was just broken into inside the garage as well. The least they could do for charging expensive rental rates and fees is add good security. I don't feel unsafe, but this is not a secure building.

From even before we moved in, the staff at Marq at Rino made us feel at home. My boyfriend and I decided that this was the place for us after just one (albeit very busy) day of looking at apartments. Since then, I'm constantly surprised and delighted by all this place has to offer. If/when we move out of Denver, I will have a hard time parting from all the benefits we get from living here, all for a very fair price. People here are friendly, primarily from outside Denver/Colorado, and lots of dogs if you're into that!
