Sprout's farmer's market (grocery) is right across the street in the highlands garden village. You will also find a 24-hour fitness, starbucks, a wine-friendly liquor store, a yoga center, comfort dental, 1st bank, and a family medical practice in the village. Pho-fusion, snarf's, sushi bay, hops & pie, tennyson st. Bbq, patrick carol's, allegro coffee, panera, chipotle, prost, the matador, and mead street station are a few of the many restaurants within walking distance.

Sorry, dogs and cats are not permitted. That means your new home won't smell like old cat pee.

Nonsmokers are preferred, but it's not a deal-breaker. No smoking inside the building, please.

Rent is $950/month, with a damage deposit of $950. A $35(nonrefundable) application fee is required to perform a background check for all potential residents (that means you don't have to worry about your new neighbors, and they don't have to worry about you). Water, sewer, and trash service are included with rent. No pets.
