Living here is easy. I've lived in the building 3 and a half years and just renewed my lease. Whenever I've had an issue, it's addressed almost instantaneously by Zuni's courteous team. Cindy, Michelle, and Edvin are fantastic. I travel for work, so I don't get to attend the community events, but they always look like fun. The location is great and you can't beat the number of bars and restaurants you can walk to. Recess is my favorite.

We are moving to Denver and a few weeks ago inspected a number of apartment complexes. We have decided to rent in the city but I wanted to acknowledge the friendly, professional and courteous service provided by Michelle and Cindy. 2828 Zuni was on our shortlist and that was because of the standard of offer and our experience during the inspection process. First of all, my husband and I have lived here since we moved to Denver in 2014. We have been through many changes in management during our time here some good and some not so good. The team that we have now is amazing! Cindy, Mackenzie and Edvin run this place with so much attention and care and have brought back the small community feel that at times has been lacking. If you have a maintenance issue, the team is on it. Edvin is not only excellent at maintenance but super friendly too! Cindy and Mackenzie are always planning events from Sipping and Painting, Breakfast on the Go, and just recently they got us succulents to welcome spring (with ribbons on each one.) The Zuni Brewery is right across the street with more fun events and when you need to work out you have Joie de Vivre Pilates right next door as well (of course with the Zuni discount.) You can walk everywhere and get downtown in minutes. The apartments are quiet, we have yoga on Wednesdays, and a 24 hour coffee bar. We have lots of dogs around the property too! The garage can be a little tricky but it is covered, warm and feels safe. Zuni is definitely home for us and we love it! Thank you Cindy, Mackenzie and Edvin for taking such good care of us!

Mekenzie and Cindy are awesome and were extremely helpful during my move. I had a quick notice move from the Midwest. I was able to see the apartment and sign the paperwork remotely. The apartment is really nice. It also has good amenities and is in a great location. I would highly recommend.

2828 Zuni is awesome! Location is stellar and the building is meticulously taken care of. I've always found the community managers to be friendly and responsive. It is a quiet, safe, and in short walking distance to the best restaurants in LoHi. Five stars!

2828 Zuni is a nice apartment building. They have friendly staff who are responsive should an issue come up. The building is in a nice location in LoHi, including being convenient to downtown and Union Station, as well as easy access to the highway. Monthly tenant events are fun and it is nice having weekly yoga as well.

We have lived here for a year and absolutely love it. The apartments are nice, its in a great location and the best part is the staff - they are quick to respond, always friendly and helpful and host regular activities for the community. This is easily the best apartment complex I have ever lived in - HIGHLY recommend!

I could not be more happy with my experience as a tenant here. The apartments are beautiful, and all brand new. Jeremy, the community manager, has been amazing from day one. He is always available for questions, and immediately handles any issues that you bring up to him. Additionally, everyone in the building is super friendly, and I love how dog friendly it is here. If you are looking for a great apartment in the lower highlands I can not recommend 2828 Zuni enough!

My girlfriend and I are so happy we found 2828 Zuni. The entire process from our initial tour to move-in has been painless. Jeremy, Mara and the entire staff have been incredibly friendly, rapidly responsive to any minor maintenance issues and have done a fantastic job creating a welcoming place to call home. The grounds & interior are extremely clean, well-kept, and dog friendly. Location wise, you couldn't be better. Safeway, Walgreens, and Starbucks are less than a 5 minute drive away. Also within 5-10 minutes walking are Linger, Lola, Little Man Ice Cream, Ale House, Prost Brewing, Truffle Table and Commons Park. The staff clearly cares deeply about its resident's happiness and organizes fun building events (movies, scavenger hunts, game nights, BBQs) to help residents to get know each other. The building is secured by remote entry to all entrances/garages and patrolled by security regularly. Most residents appear to be 25+ working professionals who are quiet, respectful and courteous. Our little family (including our new puppy Asha) couldn't ask for a better place to be!
