We are returning to New York and are looking for someone to take over our current lease. The lease you would be taking over is for the entire apartment, and is $1160/month running until August 28th 2018.

Included in the rent is water & sewage, trash, gas/heat, and a parking spot at 2424 S. York St. The tenant is responsible for electric, internet, and cable.

The apartment itself is very spacious with a large living area, one large bedroom, one bathroom, a clean kitchen with up to date appliances including a dishwasher and garbage disposal, and plenty of closet space.

The unit is also provided with additional storage space with your own personal key, air conditioning, and the apartment building has a shared laundry room. The apartment also allows cats and dogs.

The apartment building is located on S. University Blvd, right across the street from the University of Denver making it ideal for students. The apartment is only a short walk to Evans ave. which is full of restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and other entertainment.

Also near the apartment is the light rail which offers easy travel to and from downtown. The neighborhood around the building is safe and walk/run friendly, being a close walk to Observatory Park.

The lease is through Fourstar Realty, and before moving in you will have to be approved, which requires either proof of income, or to have a co-signer. A security deposit of $600 will be required before move in.
