It could be worse. The building maintenance is terrible. Twice now the a/c has gone out and there was no weekend staff to fix. They decided that 84 degrees in my apartment was not an emergency. This place is also overpriced for what you get. It may have been nice 20-30 years ago when it was built but it is falling apart now.

Nothing but great things in my experience at Stoneridge. Karen in the office is amazing and the property is clean and well kept. Neighbors are quiet and friendly. Stoneridge is an amazing place to live!

As a current resident, I can say that living at Stoneridge is by far my favorite home. Karen the manager and maintenance staff have been very responsive and easy to communicate with. Whenever I have had an issue they have been awesome! The property is well maintained and the residents are friendly. Great location with parks, shopping, and highway close by. I would highly recommend living here.

Everything at this complex overpriced. Beware of paying too much for low quality living. The management here is poor. I've gotten rude comments about having my dog in my apartment. They are not animal friendly. I would not suggest living here because of the snobbish management. It is clear Stoneridge just wants your money.

Karen in the office is rude. Carmen is awesome. The maintenance crew gets things done fast. If rent is due on a Sunday and the office is closed they charge you 75.00 in late fee. I don't her that they weren't there Sunday. The parking lot is horrible. We have asked for over 2 years to have it fixed. Over priced. All electric. And oh Karen is rude.

The community is great! However, the late fees are ridiculous and the management talks to you like you are stupid. The apartments are way overpriced!
