I'm actually in the Roscommon building, but it's part of the same complex. Pene Miller owns these apartments and was a pleasure to deal with. She really cared for the tenants and got to know us. In the last year, she decided to let Miller-Valentine manage the properties and I can say that she chose well! Professional, excellent communication, friendly and if maintenance is required it's done fast and friendly. It's like Pene is still managing the place! :D I've lived here 6 years and have no plans to move - I know I've got it good here. If you're considering these apartments, definitely take a look and meet the manager Traci. You'll want to sign immediately. :D

There is no Pene Miller involved with this complex at this time. I would suggest you look at the grammar and spelling in the prior review and let that inform your decision rather to take it seriously. I can say, I'm glad she moved out. She sounds disturbed. I find this a fine place to live and do not have one single complaint. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to rent. Service and maintenance is fast and courteous and the other renters are as polite as you could ask for.
