From initial look and feel it it looks like a great apartment for fairly less price. I stayed for almost two year and the apartment and maintenance is good but the management is not doing a good job. There is a leasing office but nobody is present there, if you have any problem you have to call a number and 90% of the time there will be no one to attend the call. The deposit money which you pay up-front they call it as refundable but the final statement always come accurate and you will never get that deposit back how much ever you clean. The utility charges is way high its almost 80-100$ per month for a single bedroom. The garage is very costly 75$ a month and its for manual door. Only 15 covered parking available and rest is non-covered. The curb side parking is always full and most of time when you drive out of apartment it difficult to see the moving from other side vehicle.

I have enjoyed living at this apartments for the past year. The prior management did have some children that were free to play and yell but it is nothing compared to other apartments. I have always felt safe and have had great neighbors. If they had 2 bedroom apartments, I would extent my lease.
