Its a decent place. But one can hear everything in your apt. I can hear every step my neighbors make. I have to keep the tv on or the radio just to drown out the noise I hear from above. This place is nice but walls are paper thin. Never should I hear my Neighbors every move. In addition yes it's a lovely place but the office staff has the most nastiest attitudes except the office manager she is the only PROFESSIONAL in the office.

I have really enjoyed living at Village at Almand Creek. I have been living here for 10 months and have had no problems. It is very peaceful and maintenance are great! Not to mention the wonderful resident managers and office workers "Fantastic !"... My biggest concern was security and that was taken care of with security systems in all apartments and key cards to enter the property. Amenities are wonderful. You must see all that Village at Almond Creek offers. This is really home for me.

This is the very first complex since moving to ATL I actual use the pool, my only complaint is the kids are really do not care about the adults or little children with parents in the pool. I love the entire area but what I do see residents invites guests over and they take over as if it's their person pool. on a scale of 1-10 I give it a 7

It is a beautiful community. The apartments are a bit small as compared to others that I viewed. Mario is excellent and I intend to rely on him if I have any questions. The rent is pretty high and there are many other fees that must be paid. Overall, I am happy to be moving here.

I have been here for over 5 years and now "Under New Management..." My Car was stolen, and coincidentally the only night the gate camera did not work was the same night it and other cars were stolen. Management never called be back to update me on what was found. Sorry but as much as i pay, we deserve more concern from them.

My husband and I just recently renewed our apartment lease here at Village at Almand Creek because of the warm and friendliness of this apartment community. When we first started looking for an apartment, we were not sure since we are from North Carolina and did not know the area. Our first year here was such a positive experience that we renewed our lease for another year. My husband and I have enjoyed some of the the social activities that this apartment complex has offered in the past and we enjoyed using the pool this past summer. I am also happy that there are so many stores and restaurants that are so close by for us to take advantage of. I also need to say that the maintenance staff have always been good to take care of anything that I need done. If it is going to take a little longer then expected, they are quick to keep you up-to-date on what is going on. My personal experience with the office staff have been good. I am greeted with a smile all the time and they're quick to attend to anything that I need. I feel safe to walk around the area too.

I've lived here almost a year and getting ready to sign another lease. I love living here!!! The apartments are maintained extremely well and service issues are resolved quickly. They maintain the exterior as aggressively as the interior, so the landscaping is impeccable . A great big thanks to this outstanding management team.
