I haven't had the blessing of living at The Stack, but I have been able to work here for the past year. Location is AWESOME! Since I am staff, I can walk to class between shifts, or NG after hours and it's a lifesaver!

Pretty nice, but has a few issues including the elevator being slow and the windows leaking and not being fixed until over a month later. Also, the office staff cut the chords on the umbrella at the pool so they're not usable anymore. Additionally, you have to pay an extra $50 a month to park in the garage and that's ridiculous. Also, I try to avoid the office staff because they make me feel uncomfortable when I do have to talk to them. Additionally, they gave me someone else's package instead of mine and I don't understand how it's so hard to read the names.

I have lived there for two months. The apartment was clean, and it was close to the campus. People at the front desk were so nice and friendly and were responsive when you needed their assistance. The maintenance was good too; they would fix a problem in a short time.

There is literally no reason not to live here except for the price. If you can afford it, The Stack is the best way to go. If you're living in White Creek it's time to grow up and get an actual place to live. It's cheaper than all apartments on campus and literally is right across the street. The Stack is very reliable. Absolutely have zero complaints and have been helped multiple times with various tasks. It's extremely quiet if you're one to enjoy emptiness. There are social events basically no one goes to but that's everywhere. You shouldn't hear about any complaints about living here and if you do its probably something minor that had been worked out. Wish I could renew my lease but this was a nice experience. Honestly going to suck looking at other apartments. Also don't get fooled too easily with the prices of other places, they usually don't include all utilities such as The Stack. The price on the website is the price you pay.

The apartment as a whole is clean and stays pretty quiet. Great for other engineering majors. Also, the service at the stack is just on a higher level than other apartment complexes. For example, I had a minor issue with my shower seat and Devin not only made sure to fix it fast, but also made it a point to have it looking better than before.

The Stack is definitely one of the best places to live in College Station. Not only is it close to campus, but the staff really cares about its residents. Shout out to matainence for being so patient and willing to go above and beyond!

The Stack has provided so many opportunities for me. As a student, it gave me a place to make life long friends and have a sense of community that I truly loved. In fact, even after I graduated from Texas A&M, I came back! For me, the Stack really is home.

Couldn't ask for a better place to live. If you're willing to pay the higher rent, you'll get all you paid for. The front desk staff are always helpful, the maintenance staff are on top of things and keep the whole place running smoothly and cleanly. The rooms are top-notch. While I thought they may be fancy looking on the outside but still shoddy underneath before I moved in, I can say now after having lived here a whole year that the rooms are actually built very well, with many little well thought out details. In my experience the rooms are very quiet, only occasionally interrupted by loud people in the pool area (I have a pool-side facing window) since the sound echoes and the windows aren't quite thick enough to fend off the sound. Besides all that, the amenities are fantastic, with a heated pool and hot tub, a full entertainment area on the second floor, a strangely sound-absorbing garage, and an all-around nice feeling - with regular cleaning and large windows, the stairwells are even nice!

The elevators are extremely slow and there are not enough of them (2) for this amount of living areas. You are better off using the stairs. Cheaply...
