Would give this five stars if the floor was changed. You guys spent 1.4million on renovation but did not care to fix the floors. Don't get me wrong, this is a beautiful apartment complex in a beautiful place with beautiful rooms, but your floors are trashy, dirty, and screwy. Also I recommend moving the trash cans outside the building. Because there are times where the building reeks from the smell of garbage. But fortunately there happens to be someone who sprays air freshener on the third floor next to the elevator. Really nice apartments though.

The apartments are really great. Modern floorplan, nice amenities, and safe, secure building. Nice area of town, the management staff are very nice to work with. Parking, although assigned, can at times, be challenging. Some Residents do not follow the assigned parking spaces and park where they feel like parking. Very inconsiderate.

I absolutely LOVE these apartments!! The location is fantastic for walking to class or the bars. It's a smaller, quieter community with mostly upperclassmen/graduate residents, which is really nice because it allows me to get studying done without much distraction. The exposed brick is my favorite part about my apartment. It really gives an urban feel to a small town! Also the management, especially Christian, is wonderful. They are always so nice when I come into the office and get whatever I need taken care of in a timely manner. Overall great place to live!

I've been a resident here since Summer of 2014. Living so close to campus has been the greatest convenience. Im graduating this summer and reflecting back on the past 3 years living in College Station has been a growing experience, especially when you're living off campus. Leaving College Station and finding a new residence will be difficult due to the high standards that The Factory apartments has set. The office and maintenance staff are kind and attentive. If I ever needed a work order put in, it would be addressed within 24 hours. Although the apartments have recently switched management, they still are just as friendly and professional as ever. The new additions Peak Campus will be adding are certainly ones I wish I could stay to live in, maybe I'll return for grad school! If you're looking for and impressive, safe, convenient apartment so close to campus that you can walk there in under 5 minutes. Then I highly recommend The Factory at Northgate.

Friendly front desk staff always, cool place to live. The front door is always locked and the old key panel allowed you to push any button to ring any room...

I have lived here for two years now, I am about to make it three. The Factory is one of the best places I have lived at, looked at, or visited in College Station. I absolutely love living here. The location is perfect. You are a few minutes walk away from campus, starbucks, different banks, the post office, restaurants, and the bars on Northgate. The rooms are incredibly quiet, I have had no problems while living here. Another plus is that the floors are concrete and super easy to clean. The management and staff are top notch. Never have I rhad any maintenance or leasing issues. They actually have gone above and beyond to accommodate me. There is a bus stop right outside of the front of the building that will take you to the North side of campus and to the center of campus, by the MSC. You will not find another place like this in the entire College Station or Bryan area. If you are an undergraduate, graduate, professor, or parent you should definitely stop by and take a look, you will not regret it. I am just sad I did not find this place two years ago.

Great location. Great management and staff. Relatively civil neighbors. The only downside is that they're now nickel-and-diming residents on utilities/services that used to be included in the rent (while raising the rent!) also, the building has terribly obvious foundation problems, but that shouldn't be a big concern for short-term residents.
