Everything was good up until I had maintenance issues. It took nearly a week to get water leaks resolved which caused mold and damage to the ceiling and and then a second leak occurred from a tub leak upstairs and since the issue was left unattended, the ceiling started collapsing where the leak was occurring and I called emergency maintenance who told me they forwarded the problem to the person that wasn't taking care of the issue which explained why no one STILL didn't come fix it after it was an emergency.

I couldn't be anymore happier staying here and I love everything about this place including their very affordable rent rates, spacious floor plans and also the calm neighborhood in which this complex is situated at. I'm not really sure why there are so many negative comments for an apartment complex that feels so homely and ambient! Perhaps one of the main reasons why I believe this is one of the best places to live at an affordable cost is because of an amazing lady, Tamara who manages the main office enthusiastically and very efficiently. She goes out of her way without even hesitating so that her residents can save $ wherever they can. That personal touch she puts forth in talking to different tenants is not a skill that can be learnt and she makes sure her residents are happy by handling their issues without any delay. I would for sure recommend anyone to check out this apartment complex and let Tamara sign you up for an amazing unit worth every penny of your rent!

Eastmark is an economical place to live and the management is very helpful Tamara and Julia. This is my second year in my apartment and since it is not just students it is a very friendly and quiet place to live. Also its on the Aggie and Brazos transit bus lines. I like the free WiFi and water too. The Wolfpen Park is nearby for walks and very pretty. I would reccomend it to anyone who likes to live nicely and economically and save money for other things like traveling. Its a great value. Planning on staying a lot longer, J

Great place to live, would recommend! It is pretty quiet, mostly family and grad students. The management does a really good job of taking care of your concerns, I feel really at home here. The leasing agents know everyone by name, not number. Maintenance is quick too, which is nice. The park down the street is awesome too..Not sure where the bad reviews came from

I love Mrs Tamara she helped me start a personalized payment plan after having lost the apartment. I never thought I'd be able to pay back the fees, I was always stressing about not being able to pay what I owed but she made it simple for me to come in and talk it out. Now Im able to afford my new apartment and pay off old debts! Thanks Tamara

I have been living here for about 1.5 years. My best experience in here is its maintenance, Jay. He truly helps residents in whatever way he can. He is really kind and tries to make people happy. I really would like to thank him because of all his efforts and helps. Also Ms. Tamara is so kind as a manager and tries to solve residents issues as soon as she can. So, If I want to give stars to the maintenance and manager it is for sure more than 5, but for the apartment it is not more than 4 stars because of its internet, which to me is too important!

I lived here for more than one year. The main important feature of this place is the maintenance. The maintenance, Jay, is very responsible and cares about the stuff. He knows a lot about AC and I really appreciate him. The place is near to two important parks of College station, i.e Central park and wolf pen Creek. The price is reasonable and it is a suitable place for students. I want to add that the owner is a good man which is completely responsible.

My family and I have lived in a unit of 2beds/2baths and were completely satisfied. The manager and the Maintenance staff have recently been changed; therefore, read the most recent reviews to avoid getting misguided. The location of this property is fantastic since it is close to a beautiful park and a main tamu bus station. the interior design of these units are one of the best among other buildings in this city, since you can have great views of outside, size of the kitchen is really good, there is a good balcony in which you can enjoy your times a lot. So consider this property more carefully.

So I've seen a lot of negative reviews on here so I'm going to give my two cents, the good and the bad. Starting with the good: when we moved in, there was a special so we didn't have to put down a deposit and first months rent was $299. Awesome. Plus they let me pay off my pet deposit, which was extremely helpful, since I don't have $600 laying around. Management leaves you alone, no one snoops around your apartment at random times to see if you're breaking any rules. At other places I've lived (cough cough Campus View, here's looking at you) they would go into my apartment whenever they wanted without contacting me first and look around to see if I was violating policies. Huge invasion of privacy. So yeah, as long as you pay your rent, they leave you alone here. Speaking of rent, it's very reasonable. I pay $690 for a pretty spacious two bedroom. Another perk: this apartment complex is mostly residential. Read: older people live here, not many college kids. Which is super rad because it means that it's exponential more quiet. The bad: Location wise, it's pretty not great. You aren't within walking distance of anything but a bus stop and Wolf Pen Creek. Speaking of Wolf Pen Creek, expect to be woken up a lot by loud music playing at all hours of the day/night from the amphitheater. Also, roads will be closed down around Wolf Pen Creek during any holiday, making it super inconvenient to have a life that includes leaving your apartment. Eastmark is located across the street (Southwest) from low-income housing, and those people come across and do a lot of hood rat activities (including breaking into my car and vandalizing my friend's motorcycle). Most of the time it's not a problem but it's super annoying to be late to work because someone decided to break into your car. Also bad, and this is the main thing that pissed me off with this place, they lied big time to us when we signed our lease. They promised us W/D connections but when we moved in they hadn't installed them. They kept stalling and promising us they would do it soon before they finally told us it wasn't going to happen. I'm actually still really mad about this. It was an incredibly shitty thing to do. Don't lie to people about your freaking amenities. Anyways...the management changes a lot. I know we've had at least 3 different managers, probably more, I don't keep track. Which is also probably why they don't pay attention to the tenants that much, none of them know enough about what's going on to lay down the law. Anyways, hope this helped in your decision. Neither of these circumstances are true for me, but if I was staying in College Station and still wanted to live in an apartment, I would definitely resign my lease here, except I would insist on getting my freaking washer/dryer connections. The price is very fair for what you get. I would suggest living here and I hope if you do that you don't hate it.
