Casa Del Sol is in a great location. The office manager Brandon and I were on a first name basis. Super friendly. I'm sad to have to move away from College Station but I had a great experience here

I have lived here for 4 years. The location is nice. The management is always friendly. On the other hand, the apartments are kind of old, and I have had numerous problems: 1. In my first year, my apartment was infested with bed bugs from the previous tenant. 2. One summer, a pipe broke in my bathroom while I was out of town, and my whole apartment flooded. This ruined several pieces of furniture and most of my yearbooks. 3. The washers and dryers are always breaking. I've lost more than $20 in them. One washer has been out of service for over a year, but has a note on it stating that they are working to fix it and that it should be working very soon...right... 4. A friend of mine lives here, and her car was towed. Only AFTER her car was towed, did the staff put a notice on her door saying cars should be moved so they could repaint the lines. 5. One day, the complex has had no running water ALL DAY, and maintenance and management took hours to respond to my calls 6. They just increased my rent $150 per month.

Been here for almost 2 years now. The new management is doing a wonderful job and are far better than the previous management. They are probably the best management you will find in northgate area. 1. Any maintenance problem arise they send their maintenance guy right away. After resolving the issue they notify us via email. (I like to get notified if a work is done - so loved that system) 2. Mandatory pest control done by them. So while my friends in other apartments had pest problem, I practically lived pest free for almost a year now. ( I live on first floor where pests can be a major issue) 3. You can pay your rent online now. This was not there in previous management. 4. A resident use only laundry room in casa. Each resident got a key for using it. It gives a sense of privacy (good job management) 5. I am yet to have an issue with the guys working in the office (Brendon and Junior). Whenever I go to collect my courier packets, to get some copies done urgently, for a free cup of coffee [;)] or for any maintenance issue they talk in a very friendly manner ( I don't know how, but they never get angry) 6. They also organized happy hours for residents at backyard in northgate twice a year. So, very happy with how the new management has done so far. Good job!!

I've been with this apartment complex since they changed management about a year ago, and I can honestly say I have had nothing but positive experiences. The office is so courteous, helpful, and genuinely concerned in the well-being of their tenants. Any issues that have ever come up, whether through my own fault or theirs, they handle them with such professionalism and dedication. I can guarantee you won't find this kind of customer service anywhere else in Bryan-College Station. Bottom line: If you want to live close to campus in Northgate, this is by FAR the best bang for your buck!

Casa del Sol is an older apartment complex in a great location. The staff really cares about their residents and I really enjoyed my time with them. The apartments themselves are well kept and clean. The office staff knew me by name and were always friendly. Maintenance was so fast--I had a clog in my shower I reported and not five minutes after I submitted the paperwork was the guy at my door to fix it for me. I'd highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a place near campus. I had a great experience and I would definitely live there again.
