I lived here for a little over a year. The cost for the area is great . The apartment was a good size and I love the floors. Maintenance was an issue. Ground floor hallway would flood. You can walk to ludlow pretty easily and to mt. Storm. We had water leak into our apartment on 2 occasions. One occasions took a month for them to fix and they got drywall dust on everything . No drop clothes were put down and no warning was given. Hallway fire alarms chirped all the time noting a low battery. The front desk would be informed and nothing would be done . We put our own batteries in a few times for safety and to get rid of the annoyance. An animal died in a vacant apartment and the stench was horrible and rendered out living room almost completely not useable. Maintenance refused to check on the issue as it was the weekend and 'not an emergency '. It smelled like rotting flesh for days. If you don't have any major maintenance issues while living here, it will be fine. if you can fix minor things yourself you will be better off. Have good renters insurance for sure. The pool is a nice size and laps can be done. Not a whole lot of upkeep is being done on communal areas which makes it look a little beat up. Stairwells are dirty and often have junk in them. There is an excessive amount if drug is in the building and hallways smell like marijuana daily . Nothing is don't to stop this. They also rotate through staff which creates a lack of consistency which is frustrating. Be prepared to do follow up to get any request followed through on. You should also check the work once it is done as it is often incomplete.

I have lived at The Cliffs for 20 months now and it has been a very pleasant experience. The office staff are friendly and super helpful. Maintenance is quick! I have needed a few things in the apartment fixed during my stay and I always see a response in less than 24 hours, which is unheard of elsewhere! I love living here! The pool in the back of main building is clean and always stocked with fun water toys and I love that there is a picnic and grill area next to the pool. There is an awesome dog park behind the main building. One thing that I love about the property is that there are posts with dog waste bags and waste bins for residents with dogs. I love how property management provides this and promotes responsible ownership of dogs. Another thing that I just love is the new community garden! So awesome to see some eco-friendly items on property. I would recommend this apartment complex under the current management and maintenance team* any day. They are a great team! *I would like to clarify that I lived at the Cliffs when it was managed by Holly and Crystal. I cannot vouch for current management as I left while the property was still managed by those ladies.

The Cliffs are a really great apartment complex in Cincinnati. It is the perfect place for a graduate student or young professional. The rents are reasonably cheap for the quality of the apartment. The management staff are really great people. Kate and Chelsea are super friendly and incredibly helpful. The head of the facilities Eric is very nice and fast to fix any issues. The building has ZERO bugs. My apartment is completely quite. I am so happy to have found this place and will miss it when I move!

Lived here for a year and that is definitely long enough! Since living at the Cliffs weve seen fleas, roaches, mice, and rats inside and outside our unit. The cliffs is also always doing maintaince work and constuction on the units, usually starting at 8 am. The location/ area is generally pretty safe but not reccomended!

Nice place to rent. I have lived here for over a year now and have found the management people to be very nice and I have never had an issue with maintenance needs. They are very dog friendly there and the pool is nice in the summer time.

I could be happy here, if I did not start seeing roaches shortly after moving in. I'll be moving once my lease is up.

Lived at the cliffs for about 4 years. Maintenance is quick to respond to calls. Staff provide excellent service to their tenants and make them feel at home. Very good location that has access to downtown and suburban areas. Nice and clean neighboood and lots of greens and parks around. Best place in Clifton to live for the $$$. Highly recommended!

I tried really hard to like this place. Management did not seem to have it together and in one year time span there were three different property managers. The location of the property brings in a much younger crowd. Many of the other residents are Cincinnati State students who are living on their own for the first time. It often felt like a college dorm hall with the noise level. The security at this location is not where it needs to be either. Many times doors to the building would be propped open over night. It was not uncommon for the entire building to smell like weed or cigarette smoke which ultimately made your own apartment smell. The towing of non-residents in residential parking lots was not enforced. Again, many times I would come home and not have a parking spot because a bunch of random cars were there - kind of frustrating when you pay for it each month. I would try and call to have the cars towed but they were only leave stickers on the cars. Overall, I would not recommend this place. One positive comment: Mark from maintenance was always really helpful.

I have been a model tenant for going on six years now, never being late on a rent check and now management has changed and they have raised my rent for no reason. They have also stopped having the office open on Saturdays with no notice, and that is the only place where I can put money on my laundry machine card. I now can't do laundry till Monday and the fact I can't use quarters is ridiculous!

Lived at the cliffs for ~2 years going to UC. Maintenance is quick to respond to calls. Holly and Crystal provide excellent service to their tenants and make them feel at home. I once had to correspond via email while on a cruise to check on a package delivered and Crystal helped me out. Also very military friendly. I moved due to military orders and they did an excellent job of making sure moving out was the least of my worries. Best place in Clifton to live for the $$$. Highly recommended!

The Cliffs is a hidden gem in Cincinnati! Unbeatable value for the updated apartments and convenience to everything you want to do! From the great pool, covered parking and dog park, you get amenities hard to find in the Downtown/Clifton area. The staff are amazing! Holly Hensley, the property manager, will not only take care of any issue you might have, but she knows all tenants by name... that personal touch really confirms I made the right choice on where to live - In a community, not just an apartment

This is a wonderful little community! I have lived here for a year and a half now and I love it! The office and maintenance staff are amazing, and the neighbors are pleasant! There is a nice pool and a dog park for all residents to enjoy, and the property is kept very nice. Office and maintenance staff are quick to respond to any issues you may have. I will definitely be staying here for quite some time!

I've lived here for a few years and I truely enjoy living here! I have had very few maintenance issues and when they have occurred it has been fixed very quickly. Covered parking and the pool are some of my favorite parts about The Cliffs! The area is quite and all of my neighbors are polite and enjoyable to live near.
