I've had a great experience here - appliances are good, apartments are fairly soundproof (at least in the new Phase 2 and 3) and amenities are second to none. Fleherty Collins has been a dream to work with, fixing problems in a timely manner and being generally pleasant. The folks who work in the office are incredibly kind and helpful. And of course Oakley is a wonderful place to live - definitely recommended.

Beautiful place to live. New units. Spacious kitchens. Extremely supportive and responsive staff. Secure area. Very close to Grocery stores, restaurants and cinema. My only issue is navigating within the complex for new guests or delivery men. I always had to make phone calls and give instructions of how to get to my unit given and I believe adding small signs of where different buildings are would help.

Great location. The kitchens in the apartments are definitely a highlight.

I lived here for 3 years and loved it. The management changed over time but worked with me during some difficult times and were always available for maintenance issues. I have no complaints other than in some of the buildings closer to the train it can get loud at night, and it's easy to hear the steps of the person living above you.

If you want one of the best apartments in Cincinnati, and you have the money, consider The Boulevard. I have lived here for over 4 years and can honestly say you will not find a better apartment complex in the city (trust me, Ive looked). It is centrally located to everything; 10 minutes or less from downtown Cincinnati and most suburbs. The Boulevard is also within walking distance of downtown Oakley and Hyde Park. To top it off, several major retailers/businesses are directly in front of the property (including Kroger, Target, LA Fitness, and Cinemark Theaters just to name a few) with more on the way. Finally, did I mention the heated saltwater pool and valet trash service?! The demography is mostly young professionals but there are some families living here as well. Yesits pricey and yes there is a rail line behind the property but I challenge anyone to move to a property like this in a major U.S. city that has zero noise and these rental rates. Do your own research and decide if its right for you.

Great amenities and service. Some of these bad reviews are ridiculous. Someone complained about hangers being on their bed and gave a 1 star for that while another didn't even live here. I have nothing but good things to say. Enjoyed my time here.

The boulevard was a fantastic place to live for the two years that I lived there . One thing that simply cannot be beaten is the Boulevard's location. In my time there, I walked to various grocery stores, pizza places, and many places to grab a drink with friends. The Boulevard also is located directly across from Mad Tree Brewing (it even has it's own "beer bridge" to the brewery). The community at the boulevard is very special as well. Each month, they have a gathering in the common area with free food and drinks. The community can mostly be seen outside at the at the incredible pool. They keep the pool very clean and it's a great way to spend Saturday afternoon with a couple of friends. The staff has been very kind to me and has helped in many situations. They are always ready to help! Definitely recommend living at the boulevard!!

Pros: Great amenities (pool, common lounge with TVs, tables and games, and gym). Apartments are modern and clean. Location is close to several stores and downtown. Staff is friendly. Cons: Industrial train station right next to the apartment complexes. Trains often would idle all night long or attach/detach carts or load/unload cargo. The noise would wake my wife and I up constantly (see other reviews for more information). Temporary construction of additional buildings is also noisy and messy. Pool area is overloaded almost every weekend in the summer with tenants and several uninvited outsiders. Although this is one of the more luxurious apartment complexes in Cincinnati, I would recommend to look elsewhere if you value sleep.

Lived here for 1.5 years first year we had no real complaints (live furthest away from train tracks). We loved the pool at times (if you like Cabo/MTV Spring Break you will love it all the time) and the office employees and maintainence workers are GREAT! The units have nice laminate flooring, granite counters, stainless steel appliances (yes they are entry level appliances), and stacking washer and dryer. Also the small dog park built onsite is a nice perk. Oakley is a great area with convienent shopping and dining. We found a welcoming church right across street and love walking to shops and restaurants close to complex. They started phase II of complex just before renewing lease (wouldn't have chosen unit if was told about construction before moving in intially) now get woken up almost daily around 6-6:30 AM with grading equipment, crane noise, backup alarms, nail guns, etc. One night was awaken at 4 AM to full flood lights shining in bedroom for construction my 4 year old thought it was daytime. Constant mud, debris, and the like in parking lot/roads but no place to wash vehicle in complex. Now people seem to park wherever they want: curbside, loading zones, handicapped spots wherever even with plenty of open spaces within 200 feet of entry ways. Due to the construction the dog trash cans near my unit was taken away so have to walk further (not a bad thing unless it's super cold outside) but seemingly it must bother others considering I've stepped in poo several times since then and see some dog owners walking little dogs without leashes and obviously not cleaning up after them. Hopefully once construction is over that would improve things within complex but I wouldn't recommend living here until it's over considering how pricey rent is.

I have been living here for about a month and a half. I love it. I think I lucked out and got a great apartment in a great location for a good price, considering. For a rental property, I think The Boulevard is a great place for young professionals who want to live in a newer, luxury, modern apartment for a temporary time period, prior to purchasing your own home. I have lived in many apartments in various areas in Cincinnati and I have to say that I really like my stay here. I have lived in older apartments in Clifton to newer apartments in the suburbs further north and The Boulevard is where I enjoy living the most. I have noticed that there are many tenants with dogs, but I rarely see nor hear them. I do not hear noises at all actually except occasionally I will hear someone walking past my door in the hallway. The area that I live in is very, very, very quiet. I would have to say that there are two cons about this apartment complex. The first is the hot water. I love taking baths; however, there is not enough hot water to fill up the tub. The second is the heat. When I turn the heat on it blows cold air for a while before it blows out warm air. That is annoying. Overall, I would have to say that I am really glad that I chose to live here. I hope and anticipate that the rest of my living experience is as enjoyable as it has been thus far.

- The amenities are nice if you use them. We like the gym (treadmills and free weights) for last minute workouts. - Staff is professional and courteous (always been prompt with answers or requests) - Location is great. (10 from downtown and easy access to I-71) - The full size laundry each unit is perfect. - Plenty of open parking - Walking distance to downtown Oakley. - Coming from Chicago, the train is not an issue for me, but some people will find it a nuisance. - Demographics: Most young professionals (22-35)
