I've lived here for 3 or 4 years now and sad to be moving on, but only because I'm relocating. It truly is the best place to live! Wendy is absolutely amazing and maintenance gets it right the first time. The convenience of being so close to I74 and all the Western Hills shopping makes it perfect! I have loved every moment living in these apartments and if I should move back to town, this is the only place I will come to!

I've lived here for a year and am currently transferring to another rookwood property. When I tell you I have never been sadder to leave an apartment complex it truly saddens me having to leave but,I loved my apartment so much i stayed within rookwood properties. The property manager Wendy is absolutely amazing, always welcoming, friendly, and eager to help I will truly miss her. Maintenance is always on top of things, they are thee best maintenance workers I've come across by far in any apartment complex I've lived in and the property is well kept, clean and quite. My one bedroom was spacious and the floor and design of the apartment is adorable. -jeneej

I lived at Pine Ridge apartments for about 2 years and a half and I rarely ever had issues in my apartment. I lived in a 2 bedroom with a roommate and then eventually a 1 bedroom. Maintenance was great and always came in a timely manner. Wendy, the apartment manager, is extremely nice and friendly. She usually remembers her residents name and its so welcoming. I think rarely I had an issue with noise and smell. I think it really depends on who is your neighbor. However, if you talk to Wendy about it she does everything she came to resolve the issue and make you feel comfortable. The apartments are little old but they are clean and well-kept. The prices are affordable. I would recommend this place to anybody.

A good place to live. The manager, Wendy, is absolutely amazing, and maintenance is remarkably friendly and on top of things. Most issues get attention that same day. There are a few noise problems at times but nothing too serious when all is said and done. They aren't the nicest apartments--some cracked paint and such. They're old. But the responsiveness of maintenance and management makes it all worth it. My only complaint is the cigarette smoke smell. It may just be my apartment, but I swear that the people below me are smoking cigarettes and I can smell it much more than I'd care to.

My husband and I love pine ridge. The location is great, easy access to 74. Maintenance is always on top of issues and issues are fixed same day. Wendy is a delight to talk to and Angela is great too. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because Wendy called the cops because she suspects that my card was involved in a crime and the car got towed. I was pissed because she could have contacted me first and she has a list of our vehicles. Other than that, the apartment is great.

Great for college students. Being a college student it can be hard to find somewhere to stay Pine Ridge is only 5 minutes away from campus and very cheap the rooms are the same size in a 2 bedroom and there are two bathroom that is a big plus because you don't have to share a bathroom. between me and my roommate we both pay $395 in all, compared to a dorm I'm saving a thousand dollars a month so this is a great place to stay. very clean very nice service and they have close shops and stores. Also if you don't want to go to a laundromat they will install a washer and dryer in your apartment but you have to let them know four weeks in advance before you move in.

Moderate recommendation. Generally a ok place but sometime get noisy at night and sting bugs are terrible here.

I lived at Pine Ridge for the past year and have nothing negative to say about it at all. The staff (Wendy especially) is extremely helpful and reachable. I had a high-value package delivered once and she personally came into the office early that morning to accept it from the courier because I couldn't be there due to work. My apartment was nice for the price, couldn't find anything better around Cincinnati; spacious bedroom and walk-in closet were nice, smaller kitchen but never bothered me, always had plenty of hot water even with multiple guests over, the laundry facilities worked well, and the accessibility to I-74/Cinci was awesome. The pool is a nice bonus to have and people there are friendly. Overall, the biggest plus is the staff, no questions about it. It's nothing flashy, but I would say you'd be hard pressed to find a more solid place for the money, I would definitely recommend.
