I moved from Charleston, SC to help my sister with her soup business. Megan and Valerie have been such a great help, with finding my new apartment and getting settled in. Thank you ladies for all the help. Also, I absolutely love my new place!!!!

Megan and Valerie were such a delight, they answered every question I had about the property. Making me feel welcome when I first came into the office, which, I feel is a little out dated. Great location and access to all the local hot spots, I cant wait to move in!

New apartment updates are great. The McCauly location within Mason is really central, easy for groceries and restaurants.

We rented the apartment on 14, March 2018. We paid for a newly upgraded apartment. Below is a list of challenges we have faced. * The new linoleum in the kitchen looked like it was installed by untrained amateurs, with big waves and air pockets in the floor. * cabinet stain dribbled onto the new floor * Closet doors not installed (leaning against the bedroom wall) because the carpet was installed over the track in the floor. * Plugged up toilet that stayed plugged up for the first week * Dryer vent completely clogged couldn't do laundry. * The painter painted the apartment, mirrors, blinds everything got sprayed. It was gross paint on the windows..... EVERYWHERE * The bedroom door had a hole in it the size of a fist. Somebody smeared drywall mud over the hole and left it. That was an acceptable repair! * The supply lines to the dish washer were turned off so we thought the dish washer didn't work. We pointed out all of the above items a week before we moved in. When we arrived with a moving truck nothing had been done. *We complained that the outside post lights and lights on the garage were not working. I was told that they solar and not getting enough sun. Turns out the circuit breaker was off. * Trash fees are $42.88 per month, it is a good walk to the dumpster. I paid $20 month in the house I recently left. The apartments are nicely situated in a gated community with a peaceful pond that was over run by geese and the mess they leave. In the past month or so there has been a management change and I have experienced better customer service. The lights are all on at night. The geese have been chased off (for now). The place is pet friendly and there is a nice dog park on the property. I know this is a lot of stuff but my move into the apartments was way too frustrating, I would not do this again.

- New management is a DREAM to work with. - We moved in at the tail end of October. And the staff then were less than helpful. Luckily that staff has since been replaced. The new management team is making the changes the community needs. The ladies in the office are kind and personable & always ready to help. Updates are happening everywhere and they are happening quickly! We had our walk through with Valerie and she addressed any and all of the concerns we had and has been partnering with maintenance and venders to make them happen on a time frame that suits our household. The location is why we chose McCauly Crossing. The new management team & the updates / changes they are making are why we signed to stay.

McCauley Crossing has the best maintenance person! i am so impressed with Ryan. He has always been able to respond to my non emergency maintenance request within hours. I have to tell you about him!! First, his truck! It is always clean and professional looking, in first rate sparkle shape! Second, his attire. Ryan's uniform is always clean, neat and pressed. He himself carries a professional appearance with a clean cut presentation. Also, he is very articulate; Ryan's conversations reveals an education with a well read background. When he enters my apartment he always puts protective booties on, this is greatly appreciated. This past week when I requested the names of the paint used so I could do touch ups (been here about 6 months) he did more than that! He asked for 2 small containters, as he said he had some extra he could spare. When he returned within less than 30 minutes, he had used an old container of his. He said he didn't want me to mess up one of my decorative containers. I was stunned!! He is just the best, well presented and attenative maintenance person I have every encountered; and that is to include the ones I have hired and work with in my career. He outshines, out performs his peers by exceeding lengths.

I lived at McCauly Crossing for 9 months after relocating to Cincinnati while my girlfriend and I searched for a house to buy. The friendly staff and spacious floor plan made the decision to lease from The Connor Group a no-brainer. The apartment was leaps and bounds better than any other apartment we toured. I also thoroughly enjoyed the few times I was able to fish in the pond 15 feet off of our back patio. The property was well-kept, maintenance was quick to address any issue and the location was perfect for me.

New resident review for Ryan (service technician) and the front office staff. Had a drip in my sink, and garbage disposal was having trouble. Spoke with one of the lovely ladies at the front office and they sent Ryan over. He arrived on time and was very proffesional. He fixed the garbage disposal in under a minute (guess it wasn't that broken) and had the drip in the sink sealed up in no time at all. Top marks for the crew at McCauley Crossing!

Through my relocation to the Cincinnati/Blue Ash area, Kat with McCauly Crossing, was the most pleasant and helpful person I had encountered. From the moment I stepped into the leasing office to being handed the keys, Kat was helpful, proactive and is one of the main reasons I chose this property as my next home. The complex is gated, the grounds are well maintained and the apartments unit is updated. The one bedroom I selected is oversized with a washer/dryer in the unit, garden bath tub, all new appliances in the kitchen with beautiful accents. The bedroom has double doors, giving it an elegant look. Both the living room and bedroom have a door to the oversized balcony. The bedroom walk in closet is large enough I could park my car in there! Something I was delighted to see was that each building section has its own mail boxes. You will not have to go to another building or area to check your mail box. After touring a number of apartment complexes, and even having some refuse to show me an apartment (due to them saying it was their lunch time or they had shift work to do and one actually told me it was too cold outside) Kat stood out with her friendly professional attitude and willingness for me to become a new resident. I definitely recommend McCauly Crossing to those that want a sense of security, over sized, updated apartments and a staff that goes the extra mile.

I have lived at McCauly Crossing for 16 years and enjoy living here. In addition, I want it to be known that Mandy Foster, Community Manager of McCauly Crossing, is a tremendous asset to the property. She was wonderful to me in helping negotiate a new lease and really works with you to satisfy your wants and needs. I hope that she will be at this property for a very long time! Thanks Mandy!!!

I recently moved to McCauly crossing and couldn't be happier with my decision. The prices are fair, the location is great, the other renters seem nice, and the complex is very well kept. Personally what sold me on McCauly crossing was the management team. They were all very nice. Mandy answered all of my questions and I feel that she did an amazing job making my move simple and worry free.

Ive lived here for about 4 months now and I love it. I have two medium sized dogs and I love how pet friendly this complex is. Im lucky enough to have a lake view and it makes it feel like I have a backyard when I sit out on my patio. The grounds are very well maintained and the staff is awesome, plus the location is great. Only issue I have noticed is some electrical issues with the gate to enter the complex, but they seem to be working on fixing it. Honestly cant say enough great things about this complex.

So Far So Good. I have only lived in these apartments for a short while, but it has been great. Most importantly the staff in the front office, primarily Harlee Wilburn, is terrific. She responds timely and is very diligent in her work ethic. Defiantly makes being a tenant a lot easier.

I've lived here for almost a year now and there are definitely pros and cons. Also, I believe management has changed recently, so some of my experiences may be different. Pros/cons listed below. Pros: overall nice place for the price. Pretty lake, a pool, good location to the highways, helpful staff/maintenance. Cons: Noisy both inside (you can hear neighbors above or below) and outside you can hear people walking up and down the steps. Annoying Internet package you HAVE to pay. It's considered a gated property but the gates don't work 99% of the time. The gym is gross and missing pieces of equipment.

Weve lived here for a little over a month now and am so happy we decided to make the transition from where we previously were. The community manager, Mandy, and Harlee have been so helpful and have responded to all of our requests since we moved in. We had a unique situation from where we were moving from, and Mandy truly helped us out in any way that she could, which made a world of a difference for us during a difficult time. The location, the apartment itself and the entire community have just worked out so perfectly for us and we plan on being here for awhile! I would highly recommend living here.

Great leasing staff especially "Harlee". She is always sweet and humble with me and everyone. She is very professional and focused on resolving my apparent issues. I always got my questions answered and Maintenace done within max 48 hours. I highly recommend people I know and everyone out there to move in. I'm 100% satisfied with everything here.

This apartment complex is just what I was looking for with my girlfriend. We love the old age but have come to accept the modern era we now live in. This quite quaint complex breeds the two into an astounding abode that will have your hearts tingling and your eyes glistening. From the moment I stepped foot onto this complex I knew it was home from the staff, to the amenities, to the culture, to the environment and to the overall feeling of inclusion. If you want to have a luxurious feel with a great staff and supporting community then this is the place. Our sales manager (Harlee or Ms. Wilburn) took us for a tour and she could not have been more kind and she made us feel welcome from the get go. This turned into a trickle down effect that we discovered throughout the entire staff and I am glad to say that my girlfriend and I are now happily McCauly Crossing residents!

The staff is incredible. Harlee Wilburn is one of the nicest, most professional customer service representatives that I have ever worked with. I would recommend this property to anyone just for the friendly staff. I didn't end up having to move to Cincinnati but I would definitely recommend this place to anyone interested in the Cincinnati area. Keep up the good work Harlee.

I'm very happy with my apartment here! I love having the washer and dryer in my apartment, just steps from the bedroom. The staff was very accommodating and was able to give me a first floor, walk out apartment like I wanted for my young dog. There is tons of space and it is very clean. The staff is very friendly and I have lovely neighbors. The property is well maintained and nice for walking around. Overall, I'm very happy with McCauly Crossing.

Staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. They gave me great local recommendations as I am not initially from Cincinnati. The complex is very dog friendly which is a huge plus because I have an Old English Bulldog, he seems very at home. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience here thus far and would recommend it to anyone searching for an apartment in this area.

Apartment complex is amazing. The apartment itself is spacious and very roomy. The area around our apartment has walking trails which is quiet and extremely peaceful. The management team (Kim, Harlee and Meredith) are just awesome to work with. We were relocating from Texas and the team, gave us a video walk through of the apartment and answered all our questions to make sure we have a smooth transition from Texas. I would definitely recommend this complex.

The setup before and after the move was very easy to do. My wife and I were transitioning from a house to an apartment and we were very worried about moving into a large community. But from the very beginning the staff and property manager were amazing and made sure we got all the necessary information. We lived in apartments before and knew there would be the usual sounds of people upstairs or in the hallways but that is to be expected in an apartment complex. We were nervous with having kids but let me just say that they sleep great and you cannot even tell you live in an apartment sometimes! And the location is even better! It has very easy access to the highways especially if you commute for your job. Great family environment and great response time with maintenance requests. My family and I made a great decision to move in here!

I have been a resident at McCauly Crossing for 2 years and just renewed my lease for another year. My one bedroom apartment is very roomy and has been fun to decorate. I like that the property has a park like atmosphere and is very well maintained. Another big plus is that the leasing office staff and maintenance crew are amazing and the few maintenance issues that I have had have been handled promptly and with a smile. I would recommend this property to anyone that is looking for a safe and well maintained place to live.

I have lived here at McCauly Crossing for about two months. The staff is wonderful and when I have a problem, maintenance takes care of it quickly. I live alone and I love that the property is gated and secure. There is a wonderful pool and a 24hr fitness center that has everything that I need to exercise. My apartment is wonderful and is very spacious with vaulted ceilings and a balcony that has access from my bedroom along with the living room. I also have a large washer and dryer in the apartment that was already included. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a nice clean property with all the amenities needed to live comfortably.

As of July 2015, I've lived at McCauly Crossing for about a year. I am _very_ pleased with the complex overall. Things which stand out for me are: 1. Rental Office Managers are great; friendly and act quickly on issues or concerns raised. 2. Maintenance staff is very responsive. 3. The buildings and facilities are kept in very good shape. The apartment buildings and overall layout is very attractive, and conducive to walking for pleasure or exercise. 4. The grounds are kept very nicely, with regular mowing and trimming, and the parking lot is kept up in good shape. 5. Floor plans are quite nice, especially for the price, and appliances are modern. 6. Price is very reasonable when considering the apartments themselves, amenities and location. 7. Gated complex adds a modicum of security and helps prevent casual or "opportunity" crimes. 8. It has been a very safe complex thus far and I don't expect that to change any time soon. While there are a very few things I'd enjoy seeing done differently, it is a great place to live and a very good value, IMO. Definitely worth a visit to see for yourself. Have a great day ~ Steve
