My husband and I lived at this apartment complex for almost a year. This place looks great and have many amenities. It is in the perfect location and is close to shopping centers, restaurants, and the gym. It's also super convenient that it is walking distance to Krogers. The maintenance guy, Kenny was the reason we decided to move in as quickly as we did. When we first checked out this place he went out of his way to show us around the apartment complex. It was way past the office closing hours but he answered all our questions and helped us out immensely. He went beyond his duties and we really appreciated that! We really enjoyed living here. The apartment was always comfortable. And when we needed any maintenence work done, it was always completed in a timely manner. However because of certain personal events unrelated to Glenbridge Manors, we had to move out early. We were really worried since we did not want to break out of our lease. I explained my situation to the office staff, Gianna and Laura, and they went over and beyond trying to be accommodating in every way to make it work for us. They even found another tenant to take over our lease within that same week we had to move out. They were extremely helpful and understanding!! I definitely recommend that you check out this apartment! Just go in and meet the staff and and see this place for yourself!

I lived here for 2 years and they are going down. But now they don't have a club house any longer since they turn into a Office open late and close as eraly as 5:00 on Saturdays. Ton of thing that can be improved and I will love to provide feedback before Ieave.

This place is more than 5 stars. we stayed multiple times in this place and had wonderful exp. we didnt had any issues with apartment and had pleasant stay. property is nice, quite and family oriented and close to shopping area. Maintenance team is good and quick. Office staff is very warm to work with and they helped me few times with my lease issues. i would recommend this place.

I loved to Cincinnati a year ago with my 15yr old son for a great job opportunity. I needed a nice, comfortable and safe place to live while learning the area. The Glenbridge staff was so helpful during my transition. They really are top notch.

I am very pleased with my apartment. Management have been very nice and are a much welcome change to my previous management. They addressed a small cosmetic issue before move in as promised. The grounds are well kept, nice dog park, very nice place overall. No complaints.

Make sure to ask them all the upfront costs. While the apartments are nice, not excellent for the price point (exterior doors have severe paint chipping, no granite countertops for the price point, cabinets have marks from improper sanding) the management is just not upfront with everything. Before you sign a lease with them, make sure to ask them about all the upfront costs. Unlike most places were I have lived, unless you leave the place dirty or in need of repair, I haven't owed anything. At Glenbridge Manors you have to pay the REQUIRED carpet cleaning fee which is $80 for one bedroom and goes up from there depending on how many rooms. It was my mistake for not reading this clearly when I signed, but its in an addendum towards the end of the lease and it was not gone through when I signed my lease. I called to inquire about this and it was brought to my attention it was in the addendum (because its not in the actual lease). The leasing agent said she did me a favor by only charging me $65 for the cleaning, because thats what they had paid (yes, she said she did me a favor because she didn't overcharge me for what they pay for the service to be done). Like I mentioned its a nice apartment complex, in a nice area, but you do overpay in the long run for the apartment. I wish they would just be more upfront with everything, but it seems to be a running theme throughout the reviews that they aren't.

I have worked with Glenbridge for ten years now and the staff has been amazing! The ladies in the office are professional, super friendly and a pleasure to work with. Also Kenny with maintenance has always gone above and beyond to help take care of issues quickly. Glenbridge is the best property ever :)

Nice place. Convenient location right off I275 with cool places close by to shop or just hang out. Love the amenities too. Competitively priced. Management has been really accomodating. Definitely worth checking out and see for yourself.

Me and my family have been here for seven years! Compared to most places this staff is super straight forward and helpful. The maintenance has been running very smoothly since the crew was switched out. Whenever we have a problem we call Kenny or whoever we see first and they make sure that our house is checked promptly. Really appreciate it!

Just wanted to share my experience thus far. I have had nothing but a great experience with Kary, Madison and Kenny the maintenance man. I went in to inquire about residency last week and first met kary, she was very pleasant, patient and friendly to talk to and deal with, she showed me an apartment I was interested in and did a great job explaining everything. I met Kenny, the same day, he was very friendly, seemed to be a very genuine all around good guy. Kenny, offered to show me other units I might be interested in, Kenny answered any and all questions I had and was very knowledgeable about the property. He was very patient staying past his time to get off work while showing me more units. Kenny went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I was satisfied. Mr. Kenny is the reason why we applied to live in GLENBRIDGE MANOR, his kindness won my family. He needs to be a leasing agent also, he's that good and professional. I met Madison the next day to find out how to apply, She also was kind and patient answering any other questions I had. We just want to thank everyone for making our housing search experience a great one. Keep up the great customer service!!

Garbage - the dumpster was always disgusting, overflowing and surrounded by maggots and flies. It was right next to the mailboxes so it was unavoidable. Actual Apartment - outdated apartments and overpriced. I had numerous maintenance requests and they were either not fixed or rigged. Exp: my fridge was rolling and they stuck a piece of cardboard under it. I was locked out of my apartment and had to wait over an hour in the dark for maintenance to fix the issue. Finally, moving out.. Upon moving out, I asked for a walked through and was informed they don't do it and will assess all open apartments at the end of the month. I called the management office three times and received the run around (someone would call me back, person was on vacation, etc.) and never received a verbal response. I then received a piece of mail, assuming it was my security deposit, but instead it was an itemized list of "fees" that are equivalent to the EXACT amount of my security deposit.

I absolutely love living here. It is peaceful and well kept. The maintenance staff is friendly and the office staff has always been helpful. Also, in a great location close to everything you need (including Starbucks). Highly recommend Glenbridge Manors!!!
