My little sister Jessica Herzner has been working at Garfield Tower for a few months now, and I can honestly say this is the happiest Ive ever seen her! She actually enjoys going to work, she is constantly speaking of the wonderful residents there, and the superior staff that she works with, Im just so happy to see her happy, thanks for making that happen!!

The staff were very helpful and the neighbors are regularly friendly when passing through the lobby. Also the new coffee machine they added to the lobby is amazing!

Beautiful city living at reasonable prices! Centrally located between Fountain Square and OTR with a beautiful view of Piatt Park; nice amenities (love the indoor rooftop pool) and the property is well maintained and very secure. All members of management are responsive and thorough, and pleasant to work with. I love it here!

The location is in the center of downtown festivals and events! Since moving in last summer my pets and I have enjoyed downtown and meeting our neighbors. The building management and staff are professional, courteous and above all, friendly and a pleasure to know! Having lived in Cincinnati for over 20+ years, I will and have, recommended Garfield Tower apts as the best value for the best living!

I have been working at Garfield Tower since October 2016. I can honestly say this was the best career move I have made. I work side by side with a friendly and knowledgeable crew that is more like a family; Emily, Dave, Shawn, and Shawnta. We work hard to accommodate our residents every need as their satisfaction is always our top priority. Emily is a great leader and an excellent trainer! I'm so happy to work for an amazing company. My favorite part of the day is when our special furry residents stop by my office for a treat! We have the best residents and I look forward to work everyday!

Since moving into the GT a little over a year ago My experience has been nothing but POSITIVE ! The Staff , Both the Front Office & Maintenance have been Extremely Accommodating and they have Always Completed All My Requests ( both Big & Small) with Not Only a Smile , But also in a Timely Manner. Everyone who works here Always speaks and asks How things Are wether its day or nite. And The building is Safe & Clean @ All Times . I must admit that I was somewhat reluctant when a friend recommended this place , But , it has turned out So Far to be One of the Best Decisions That Ive made in my 15 years of Downtown Living in Cincinnati ! & I plan on staying for awhile! THANXS GARFIELD TOWERS! Keep up the Great Work !

My husband and I have been living at Garfield Tower for 3 years, and we've had the best experience ever. Emily, the manager, is very professional, friendly and helpful, so is the rest of the crew: David, Shawn and Shante.

I told my only sister (who's lived in Cincinnati o/a 25 years) that I would move from my retirement apt. on the Mediterranean in Carthage, Tunisia if she could find me a Studio Apt. in Downtown Cincinnati with a swimming pool that's open 365 days a year, & she found me the perfect place so I moved in on 7/10/2013 & am stil very happy on 9/27/2016!

We lived in Garfield Tower Apartments for approximate 10 months and really loved this place and community. The entire staff is extremely kind, helpful and accommodating! Emily and Mandy are absolutely amazing and the maintenance staff are so helpful and fast. We lived in a studio and it was really spacious. The location is an absolute win, it is so convenient to the best downtown has to offer (Bars/Restaurants/Fountain Square/The Banks) and is just a couple blocks from OTR. They recently renovated the lobby, all of the hallways, and the rooftop giving a contemporary feel to the building. The residents are also kind and polite, great community!

I lived in The Garfield for almost two years and absolutely loved the building - and management. Emily, who manages the property is amazing and will handle any concerns you have immediately. I lived in the building before it got renovated - the rooftop is lovely and such a hidden gem with the pool and games. The residents are all pretty friendly and low key and if you're willing to pay for the location, it's ideal. There's parking nearby and it's walking distance to Over the Rhine and downtown. The new decor within the building is a lil' funky but I think for the space and design, it's totally a steal in that location. It's also pet friendly!

Garfield Towers is THE WORST PLACE...Do yourself a big favor DO NOT MOVE THERE!! The place stinks, there's all kinds of water issues which means mold...The pictures they post makes it look like a hip cool up to date place. HA take a close look at the apartment, you will find water damage, the pool area is a joke, especially the restroom/spa. The management is mean and rude and def drank from the company cool-aid and you have to walk right by their office coming in and out...there's no escape from their evil-eye. There are a lot of great new places in downtown Cincinnati...This is not one of them!!

After multiple issues with flooding of our entire apartment due to an overflowing toilet, broken window blinds, disgusting carpets, non working garbage disposal, lack of advertised ammenities, lack of security, lack of maintenance or accountability, we are now both suffering with sinus issues due to moldy carpet and are FINALLY moving out. Interestingly enough, our apartment has already been rented out for next month. Apparently all these repairs that we have been waiting over a year for will all be taken care of in time for the next tenants (who will pay higher rent than I do) to move in. Basically, they will make your life miserable so that you will move out quickly and so that they can continue to raise the rent. If no one sticks around long enough to notice the major problems they will be blinded by the shiny lobby floors, like the rest of us were. Watch out for that lobby floor- it is VERY slippery when wet, which maintenance may or may not get around to mopping up. If you slip and fall on your knees and drop all of your groceries, the lovely manager's assistant will laugh from her desk and continue to chat with her friends. I should have sued. I should have put my rent check in escrow. Should have, could have, would have... DON'T DO IT!
