I toured the property today and I can say I saw no bugs, roaches or spiders. I am very afraid of them and so it would have been a "no go" if I had see them. I rented a one bed room today and move in a few months so I will update. But so far, the other reviews, I didn't see any of what they spoke about.

Bell Preston Reserve is the place to live in Cary. Not only will you find peace and quiet surrounding the apartments, but the floor plans are spacious and well thought out to provide for luxurious living at an affordable price. I personally valued the kitchen the most for in the apartments, but what struck me the was the staff. They are prompt with solutions and very personable. I'm appreciative to be apart of this community.

Overpriced trash. For the amount they charge for rent, they give the bare minimum. The fixtures/thermostat are completely outdated. The units don't even include a microwave or W/D. If the unit has upgraded stainless steel appliances, they are the cheapest ones. The gym is tiny. The grounds are well-maintained but then you have things like boards falling off the dumpster door or potholes that go unfilled for months or lamp posts laying on the ground like no one sees them. Unless it's something with HVAC, a maintenance request wait is about a month before anything is done. They are older apartments and floor boards creak like crazy. Two stars for convenient location but there are plenty of better options in the area.

Our second time at Preston Reserve after owning a house in Cary. Had a recent issue with air conditioning, I called in a work order and within 2 hours I had 2 window units to keep our apartment cool until the unit could be repaired. As always office staff was very cordial and helpful.

Nice Amenities, beautiful apartments, very roomy, grounds well kept. They are generally very responsive for requests, typically out within the day to fix whatever is needed. The area its in is very nice, close to everything, great for taking walks as well. Parking is very annoying depending on what time of day you arrive back. There simply isn't enough parking by the end of the night and you can expect walking a block back to your apartment unless you have a garage attached. To their credit they do remind residents to park in their area but, that still doesn't quite resolve the issue of enough spaces. The only thing worth the low rating more than anything is our rent has increased between $200-300 and thats supposedly our "special rate". Oh, mind you thats in a single bedroom with no updated appliances. To be honest, this is just another company coming down, taking advantage of the popularity the area, if we move out someone will gladly move in and pay that ridiculous amount so would they honestly care...I'm sure not. It was nice while it lasted.

We love living here at Bell Preston. The office staff have been wonderful from the beginning. Our apartment is well-maintained and if there were any issues, members of maintenance team came promptly to take care of the problems. The landscaping around the community is beautiful. We enjoy the pool and the gym. We found that parking can be challenging at times, but we have a garage so that helps a lot. Our floor plan is very unique because we don't have anyone living above or below us which we love. It's been a positive experience at Bell Preston so far.

Management tries to maintain the property and they make a good effort doing so. The apartments are old and need refurbishing, especially if they want to remain competitive. However, if you're planning on renting, choose an upstairs unit. We are on the bottom floor and have a squirrel infestation. We listen to squirrels running through the attic daily. It sounds as though they are going to fall through the ceiling, especially in the master bedroom. The pest control company Bell Preston contracts with is not too competent, hence we have had squirrel infestation since December, 2016. Pest control can't figure out how to remedy the situation. This is the epitome of going with the lowest bid!

Older apartments, constant issues with things falling apart. Every few days cockroaches take over the apartment. Clubhouse is well maintained and they have good coffee , if you choose to spend your waking hours there. And my brand new parked car was hit in the parking lot, I'm left to pay $1000 deductible to replace the fender. Lot of dogs on the property some are well kept but some people don't bother using leashes.

Pool and grill hours during the summer are terrible. The entire area is closed at dusk so you are not able to use the pool or grill after dark. Other than that our living experience has been great. Prices are pretty high for the size of the apartment.

Office Staff is amazing! Great location! Maintenance always completed in a timely fashion, many times same day. Awesome perks such as Christmas party to meet your neighbors. Food trucks visit during warmer months. Grounds are well kept all seasons I love everything about this place. Only compliant is there is limited parking in my area.
