I have been here 8 years. We get rained on constantly from up above. Four times in the past 3 months. It's to a point I don't even call in the maintenance. They were instructed to stop taking my calls for maintenance anyhow, due to the fact I would announce who I was and record my phone conversations with them after they would create excuses for not fixing my ceiling, often leaving it exposed to the mold behind the walls. They didn't realize they were digging themselves into a hole when I was recording. They figured it was illegal. I have everything from them talking trash about fellow residents to them trying to assign me handicap parking (trying to locate my spot farthest away from my apartment) which is illegal (discrimination), and the reason they did this was in order to get back at me for calling in being rained on. The neighbor next door also let me know that she was rained on and they treated her as if it were her fault. Moreover, I have been plowed in by the snow trucks (purposely) due to the fact they are revengeful if you demand getting what you paid for (an apartment worth 850). Do not move here. please. LOL Trust me, I will post a video on surviving here if you are blatantly stupid (trust the reviewer 3 years ago, probably one of the staff). First, use aluminum tape on all of your vents. That will prevent the pour downs. The drywall guy they hire is shady, and my daughter was just about speared with nails attached to dry wall falling out of the ceiling, so if they say they will send a dry wall guy out, spare yourself. They reimbursed us 30 dollars for the first time it happened. Nothing since. I know, why didn't we move. We were both in college and struggling. Still, this isn't a good place to struggle. Wendy, the office manager, was telling me I had no right to record my conversation with them when I went in person to discuss being rained on. She actually called the cops on me telling me they were going to arrest me and that my recording was illegal. Wow. News flash. The cop confirmed I had the right to record. She actually lied to them stating that I was attacking her. I had the recording, so I said, send an officer, why not. Then she backed down and admitted that I came in with normal business talk. When you leave, they will charge you for every little thing they can find, so don't expect your deposit back. You will be astonished. I have heard dozens of stories, move and get charged for things such as child safety locks on cupboards (to remove) that they didn't even put on. Penny pinching at its finest. If you need to talk to the staff its easiest to look for them where they take their smoke breaks. Make sure you record EVERYTHING. They will lie to your face and swear to god. Really, I will put up a utube video in the near future and it will open your eyes to who you are dealing with. Very ruthless people. When you go in there as a possible resident, they are bubbly and all smiles. After coming in and getting used to the shock of what you really bought into, don't ever call in a request or cross them.

I've lived here for over a year and a half now. I have found the leasing office to be friendly, accommodating, and responsive to my needs. When I have had issues in my apartment, the office was perseverant in finding the solutions. I like living here.

I had never had problem with the apartment for the previous year here. Only needed maintenance like 3 times total but all good. They fixed my hot water in shower within two days. The staff is friendly to me. This location is perfect. The overall environment is great and the gym is nice. The only issue might be because of the old age of the apartment that you might hear your neighbors (which is ok with our building as my neighbors are quiet like cats), and the wooden floor noises (kinda quiet too). But hey, neat & convenient, nice staff, your own balcony, pets allowed, occasional events hosted by leasing office, washer & dryer in units...I personally would not complain. Might be a little crowded for more than 2 ppl living in the apartments but for a couple or single person the space is perfect.

With permission from a very satisfied resident: "I would like to take a moment to thank you for such a wonderful maintenance associate. My door handle to the front door broke last night at around 9 pm. I called the emergency number, and your associate answered right away. He was very professional and polite. He did a great job. I wanted to make sure he was recognized for his work ethic. I feel there is not enough positive feedback in the world today. Thank you for providing me with such an awesome associate.

I won't recommend this community due to the fact that I've had a poor experience with them. Rent is way to high for the type of apartment I had but it didn't stop them from raising the rate when my lease was due to expire. Rent rates are all over the map here. My neighbor is paying less for an upper than I am paying for a lower and another neighbor is paying $850 for an upper when she knows someone who pays $800 for an upper. The carpet isn't laid correctly in my unit; not stapled down at all with runs at every seam along the walls. There is paint slopped on every door in the unit and my oven is full of rust while the dishwasher is full of rust and crud inside. The walls are extremely thin and you can hear conversations next door. I can hear every step my upstairs neighbor takes due to creaky and thin floors. The grass hasn't been cut in two weeks and it shows! I found out that five other families are leaving here within the next couple of months along with myself and I understand their frustration with Bainbridge Park. Whatever this place used to be it is NO LONGER. Sub standard now at best. Great location is all it has going for it.

I really don't mind these apartments. But, I've never had a BIG problem. I wish there was better insulation on the windows, but that's pretty much it. The staff is super nice. I have a cat who freaks out when the staff has to come change the filters in my furnace. They have no problem if I need to shut her in one of the rooms and put a note on the door asking them to not open it. They're really nice about everything, even if I have a simple question for them. I think the reviews here are mostly skewed. These are almost all bad, but the people I've talked to (and my neighbors) all really like the area. It's quiet, shady and there is a good mix of people that live in the area. I think the parking could be a little better, but most people ignore the rules (one car per apartment is allowed in the lot, but I know people that have THREE). It's hard for a small staff of 4-5 people to enforce those rules for the entire complex. We have friends interested in moving into the complex because they like our apartment. Remember- it's an apartment. It's not going to be perfect.
