The staff go above and beyond for their residents. The apartments are better than most other college-styled apartments. The Dillon puts major effort into building a community: always hosting events, having pool parties, giveaways etc. As this apartment complex has its few flaws, like every complex, I've lived here without any issues and genuinely enjoyed myself the last 3 years.

This place will blow you away. The pristine lawns and well kept buildings are beautiful. The clubhouse has anything you could ask for from computers to moon chairs, tanning beds and a full gym. The pool is gorgeous with a distinct shape and the spa is always relaxing. Come by, maybe you could see yourself living at The Dillon!

I am so estatic for the new year living at the Dillon, I have seen so much growth in the overall management staff. I just want to say that this place is perfect for anyone wanting a good college living experience, the events are super fun and I cant wait for the pool parties all throughout July! I will say if you are curious of the Dillon, come to a pool party and you will see that this place is for you!

Great place. One of the nicest clubhouses to relax in with pool tables theater room gaming center and the pool is not bad at all to hang out with friends. They throw events for residents every other month it seems they appreciate there residents when they do things like that. The apartments are nice. I think the best ones are the 5 bedroom houses and the 2 bedroom townhouse.

Couldnt ask for better college housing for my daughter. Very impressed by the professional and friendly office staff. We have had poor experiences with college housing in the past, so I was skeptical about it at first, but I am very pleased with The Dillon.

The Dillon is the best place I have ever lived in Bloomington. The staff is so friendly and always goes the extra mile to meet your needs. I literally cannot imagine living anywhere else and definitely recommend to anyone looking for an apartment.

Over all the Dillon is a very comfortable and reasonable place to live if you are a student in Bloomington. For the price, there are a lot of amenities like the pool, outdoor area, multiple grills, 24/7 gym, and a unique hangout area by the lobby. Even though the Dillon may be a little further from campus, they have three shuttles that run every 15 minutes all day long plus late into the night for those studying or visiting Kirkwood. The apartments themselves are nice and come furnished. They have granite counter tops in the kitchen with all stainless-steel appliances and the four bedroom apartments come with 4.5 bathrooms, which isnt easy to find especially considering the price. Also the management is always willing to help and the maintenance staff has been very timely in fixing any issues.

I have very much enjoyed my experience living at the Dillon. Everything from the 24-hour fitness center to the amazing pool and spa area make the quality of life at the Dillon something special. The fun events that are hosted by the Dillon really enable you to get to know and spend time with your neighbors. The bus system makes getting to classes incredibly easy and convenient. All in all, the Dillon is a wonderful community to live in and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place to live.

Signing with The Dillon was certainly one of the best decisions I made last year, so much so that I have decided to resign for another year at this great apartment complex. For the price, The Dillon delivers more than enough value, from a 24-hour fitness center, to a pool & hot tub, high-grade grills, a basketball court, and a clubhouse with a pool table and other fun recreational activities. The Dillon also hosts several events per month in the Clubhouse and Pool with food and fun activities where residents can meet and spend time with their neighbors. My specific apartment (a 4-bedroom townhouse) contains 4 bedrooms and an unheard of 4.5 baths. The apartment also comes furnished and the design is very sleek and modern. Finally, the management is very friendly and helpful with questions, maintenance, and any other issues that might arise. Overall The Dillon is a great place live, and Im glad to call it home.

I would totally recommend living at The Dillon despite some of the reviews I have seen on here. We have had only 2 minor issues within our apartment regarding a broken exhaust fan and a clogged drain. The maintenance came on two separate occasions on the day we sent in the request and fixed both problems immediately. Additionally, they were super welcoming and considerate. I have had nothing but positive experiences with the staff in the office. The leasing manager, as well as the staff have been nothing but good to my roommates and I.

Great lobby area, study zone, gym and pool. Friendly and helpful staff. A bit far from campus and the shuttles are not always on schedule. Otherwise, good experience.

Love living here, the apartments are super nice and big. All of the amenities are a huge bonus, a pool, workout room, and full basketball court! The only concern I have are the shuttles and their times, overall I love living here!

What an amazing place to live. I know there is only one maintenance tech along with his boss and they do an awesome job on keeping the grounds looking nice and always cleaning up after parties and such, not to mention they always keep all the other mechanical aspects of the apartments up and running. The leasing staff is always really helpful too.

Love living here but I don't like having to worry about how I'm getting home! Why is there only one shuttle working every single day? Everyday I've had to call friends to take me home because the shuttle is either too full or there's only one running. This seriously needs to be fixed.

Nicest part about this place is the staff, especially Hector. He carried my super heavy packages to my apartment for me without me even asking, locked my door for me when I couldn't find my keys, and is overall always super friendly and helpful to me and my roommates.

Love living here. Everything is very well maintained, the staff is friendly, and the payment methods are straightforward. There is a strong sense of community at the Dillon and everyone looks out for each other. The 24-hour gym has everything you need, the clubhouse is fantastic, and the shuttles run until three in the morning to the two best bar areas in the city. In addition to the shuttle there is plenty of parking for residents as well as a ton of guest parking. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to live a bit farther from the chaos closer to campus.

All the staff is very helpful they have a resident appreciation week that is super neat. The events they host are fun and get you meeting people. The community as a whole feels safe and the buildings were spotless when you first entered.
