If your family doesnt have a good credit history, then you will have to pay about $500 for them to let you stay here. It may change in the future, but the money doesnt go towards anything. I also dont believe you get it back when you move out. When my roommates and I moved into the apartment, everything was dirty. The oven was packed with stuff, our freezer had frozen bugs, cabinets and drawers had big crumbs in them, and my toilet seat still had urine on it. In addition to this, the people who painted the walls painted over everything. Some of the outlets were unusable until maintenance showed us how to unclog them. Also, my roommate had a broken window in her room. Then we had to deal with construction up until October. At one point our back door was a front door. It is nice that they have a shuttle, but it is somewhat inconvenient. It only runs on the hour, and there are times when you will receive emails regarding the shuttle very last minute. Sometimes the shuttles stop early or doesnt run at all. Some of the staff are nice, but they can be unprofessional at times. All in all, my room was big, and so was my closet. We had a half bathroom in the kitchen which was nice. The floors did creak a lot, so its probably best to be upstairs rather than down. They have a good amount of space for a three bedroom. They do sort of have a gym. It is bicycle, treadmill, and multipurpose strength machine. They also have a dog park, and a bus stop right in front. This is a plus since the shuttle isnt always reliable. They do have free cable and internet, but you need a router. The internet was cool, but there were times where it would mess up. They also did host events throughout the year to build a community among the residents. This apartment serves its purpose.

New Office Manager is amazing!! Very organized and got everything done for me in a VERY timely manner. She definitely knows how to manage an apartment complex. Previous review I had posted was with previous management. Foresite Realty hired new office staff and office manager and they have been wonderful!! Just upgraded from a 3-bed townhouse to a one bedroom PREMIUM flat. The improvements are amazing. GREAT quality. All stainless steel appliances, new hardwood floors, grey colored walls (much better than white), new counter tops, thick wood blinds in windows. Very pleased with new staff and new apartment. Will definitely be staying here for a few more years until I graduate. Lastly, new staff has resolved every issue that I had. They even hired new maintenance staff. Maintenance is much better and much quicker. Previous management had maintenance that would take 7+ days, but new management/maintenance gets everything resolved in the same day, usually within an hour or two of issue being found.

The office staff is professional and very helpful, especially Victoria. The apartments are being upgraded to premium appliances and other things. They are close to downtown, campus and west side.

The Quarry overall has nice town homes for price that you are paying. The plus side to living here is that you are on separate leases. Originally, my first few months here were fine... nothing to complain about. However, I got a new position and needed to move, I found a sub-leaser for my room. The process was very unprofessional and unorganized. After this long process was finalized and my sub-leaser signed paperwork to take over it was even more of a disaster. Every time I called the office it was a different story and seemed no one was on the same page. From my understanding they are suppose to do a move out walk through with the new leaser but they failed to do that on the proper date. They did this walk through approximately 2 weeks after my move out (which means they could possibly charge me for damages that were caused after my move-out). I called The Quarry upset because I thought that I should've been present as well as all the roommates so we could see what was what. When I called the office staff seemed annoyed with my questions and unwilling to explain the process. I even got into a dispute with one of the office staff girls and she decided to say "I don't have to answer anything else, thank you have a great day bye." And hung up. In customer service you must remain as professional as possible and I don't feel as if they have much customer service training or organization yet. All in all, besides the office staff the places themselves are great, no complaints. It's just a headache and no one wants to be treated like that where they are living and paying rent.

The amenities are great! They are updating all the spaces to make them more modernized. The town homes are very spacious and well kept by maintenance. The staff is friendly, caring and throws great resident events. I would definitely recommend The Quarry!

Living at the Quarry has been an enjoyable experience. The staff is nice and always willing to help. I love living in my apartment, it is so spacious. My favorite part is the kitchen, its so huge I still cant fill all the cabinet space. Over the last year, they have made great changes to the neighborhood, adding small gym and renewing the parking lots. Now they are going to be upgrading the apartments with new appliances and new wood floors. The new management is making a conscious effort to better this property.

Mediocre apartments for an unreasonable price. They hardly clean the apartments at move out. The furniture they supply students with is cheap and often dirty. Some rich developer is definitely raking in profits because its not being invested in Copper Beech

I love going into the main office. the management in specific compared to the old copper beech is they are so helpful and always there to help me when I need it. Lauranda is always there to help me figure out any problems that occur and if Lauranda is out running errands stephanie is always there to help me :) they truly make me feel like I'm at home xoxoxo

Good rates for the amenities provided. Glad to have a washer and dryer in my apartment and the shuttle saves me money on gas. The rooms are a lot bigger than most places I have lived.

I live in a one bedroom apartment at copper beech. It is a great apartment with huge walk in closet. The apartment has undergone management change and there is a huge improvement in the quality of the apartment. The maintenance is extremely quick to reply to problems and there is a followup call on quality of maintenance performed by the management. The manager and her colleagues are quite helpful. Copper Beech has a bus that takes you to IU every hour. Earlier the bus faced a lot of cancellation, but for the past 4 months it has improved substantially and is very dependable. The parking has improved by leaps and bounds since the management has started to clamp down on visitors parking in resident allocated parking. Overall it is a good apartment for the price and amenities it provides. Internet and cable is included and so is the furniture. Looking at apartments around Bloomington and the price , this is still by far the most economical. You wont get fully furnished apartments with cable and internet included in a price less than $700

The apartments are big but they are really far from campus! My ceiling leaked when it rained, I told them when I first moved in and I'm now nearing the end of my lease and they STILL have not fixed it!! My roommate's toilet also leaked water down into our kitchen. The maintenance guy was nice but he did NOT know what he was doing!! Its nice that the cable and internet was included BUT the internet was too slow to do much of anything, I ended up paying Comcast $25 a month for a high-speed upgrade to keep from pulling all my hair out in frustration. Parking is a NIGHTMARE. Residents have tags for their cars and untagged cars parked in non-visitor spots were supposed to be towed but the management NEVER checked them so visitors were always taking up the resident spots. We had brand new furniture when we moved in, and the apartments were spacious and the appliances and central air worked really nice but other than that these apartments arent very good. DEFINITELY NOT worth $900+ a month!!!
