Great management, clean and quiet community, pleasure to live there. The staff gets to know you and your family by name. The tennis courts are usually pretty open and the pool and gym never get too crowded. They really keep the place nice and clean and maintenance is fast to fix any little things. It was a pleasure living there. I would really recommend it to anyone who is new to the area looking for a place that will just be nice and convenient and reasonably priced. I moved into a house now, but I really loved my time at Stone Falls. Also it is very conveniently next to the mall/target/shops and a brand new Aldi's. They have geese which I think is common in the area, but it is not a deal breaker. The lake views with cute ducks swimming by the window was very nice on weekend mornings. Sometimes we would see a turtle sunbathing by the pond and it would dive back in the water if you got too close. The place is really charming and nice.

Great community. Loads of ducks and geese, just love that! Ponds have fish and turtles. The trees they planted are beautiful. The apartments both one & two bedrooms are spacious. A lot of closets. 2 story 2 bedroom need more kitchen space. 3rd half bath is great tho!

I just moved in recently... I could not be more pleased with the upgraded spacious apartment, helpful / friendly staff, and the amenities that are offered to the tenants (pool, clubhouse, gym, dry cleaning service, tennis courts, storage units, garages, etc). Mindy the office manager was super helpful with my list of questions and 'must haves' when I was shopping. For the price and the location, this place definitely beats their competition in the Beavercreek area. I would recommend them to anyone!! I can paint and hang up whatever I want without worrying about my deposit being taken. Thank you staff of Village at Stone Falls :)

The management is fantastic, the people in the office are really nice and helpful with everything. The apartments are really nice for the price. Also the walls seem pretty sound proof between neighbors, I talked to some neighbors recently and they said they've never hear us and vice versa

Lived here for over 3 years and never had a single complaint. The apartments are very clean and well designed (they feel more like private houses) and the entire staff is wonderful. We looked through practically every community in the area before choosing this one, and would recommend it to anyone. We miss it already!

We have enjoyed living in the Village at Stone Falls. Sure, I wish it had better kitchen cupboards, hardwoods floors, hate the location of the dishwasher, and wish the living room was two feet wider (3 bedroom - Victoria) but for a rental property it is extremely well maintained. My husband looked at a lot of properties and these where the largest with lots of storage space. The response time on maintenance requests has been very impressive. We have had a few minor items which were dealt with the same day. All the staff maintenance as well as administrative staff have been very accommodating. The grounds are also well maintained. We have only one complaint which can be easily resolved. The water in Beavercreek is very hard. We use a brita filter and I recommend the following for the dishwasher Cascade Liquid with Bleach as well as the Jet Dry basket.
