Lived here since 2013 and have loved to call this place home. There have been a few problems along the way like anywhere else but they usually try to get it resolved quickly. Amenities are great and close to everything you need. Have seen a lot of staff come in go but you can always count on Neisha being a helpful familiar face.

Management were very welcoming and great to work with. Submitting online maintenance requests was easy and was actioned promptly. Air conditioning operation is not straight forward to operate. Close to shops and restaurants leading to a good walk through the neighbourhood. Conveniently close to WPAFB. Driveways/parking lot gets cleared out during winter which is great. Garage door has issues closing when using the remote control.

Management is super friendly and the community is welcoming. It feels good to have staff know you by name. The apartments are beautiful and most have open floor plans. Worth every penny. I have no clue how the other posters with low ratings had such a problem getting help... It's never been an issue for us. Carla has been nothing but helpful and the maintenance crew has gone above and beyond. They respond to feedback and are always making small changes to improve the community areas like adding additional security to the mail room and gym.

I recently moved to Beavercreek, OH and am mesmerized with The Lofts at Willow Creek. All staff are amazing. The community is very well maintained, they even have a valet trash service. My apartment felt like sweet home at first sight and I felt so welcomed with the cutest welcome gift that was left on my kitchen!! I love to work out and I am proud to say that now I can choose between 2 fitness center on the property. Cant wait to enjoy the hot tub and pool at summer. I wake up earlier just to enjoy a nice hot chocolate by the fireplace that they offer to the residents. The location of The Lofts is unique, close to everything I may need on my daily basis. Absolutely loving my experience at The Lofts at Willow Creek!

This property has customer service that is second to none. The ladies in the office go above and beyond on a daily basis. I love my apartment, it is very spacious and looks really sexy. Whenever my friends come over they always comment about my apartment. I also love having a garage that is attached to the building. I would recommend anyone looking check this place out!

Recently moved out of these on May 1st of 2014. I found the community and surrounding area to be a perfect fit for me! The neighbors are generally friendly, I found the surrounding area to be exceptional for working out(running), entertainment and dining. The local coffee shop Winans is a plus too! Living: I stayed in L1 on the third floor, and the lofts are overall spacious! I enjoyed the tall ceilings and windows, and the kitchen is a fairly open space. I was able to set up my living room with a nice sectional sofa, an area rug and a 42in flat screen, that I choose not to mount. The kitchen also looks out into the living room, so I set up some bar stools that I found at the nearby Home Goods store, and had a nice breakfast bar. Noise: I didn't have any problems with noisy neighbors, though I may have contributed to some noisy nights since I was the host of a Pay-Per View fight party(I couldn't get the clubhouse for the event) and some kick backs with other young professional and colleagues, but I mainly had people over on Friday and Saturday nights. Pets: Very pet friendly, just watch out for the poo bombs from the ducks and geese. Parking: No assigned parking, but there are plenty of spaces! I typically parked where no one else would and just walked a different way to my apartment. It was still close, and I was able to look out the balcony and see my car. The community is very diverse! It primarily consist of military personnel, medial staff and students, but that's expected when you live within walking distance of a military base, hospital, and Wright State University. Other then that, the lofts are a bit pricey, but they offer some pretty amazing amenities, not to mention the monthly happy hours that are held in the club house! But, the water is pretty bad in the area, try not to let it stand for too long.

Spacious quiet beautiful apartments with professional management. The grounds are spacious and well maintained, with any needs you may have promptly addressed quickly. Management, maintenance and residents have made this a wonderful living environment for me and my family. I'm glad I made the choice to live at the Lofts at Willow Creek

Arrived for corporate stay of one month and am now leasing long term with this complex. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the helpful and professional office staff and maintenance crew. I have stayed at many complexes and this is by far the best all around of any in my many years and stays. I look forward to my return in the fall and thank you all for a truly wonderful stay!

I LOVE The Lofts! Great place to live. Location couldn't be better, but I mainly wanted to post a review because of the amazing team greeting me with a smile every time I come to the office. All my requests are attended to in a timely manner and the amenities are the best in the area. You should see the heated pool! :) Thank you, Joe, Heather, Neisha and Carla for taking great care of me and my family!

The bad: The community is very diverse! It primarily consist of military personnel, medial staff and students, but that's expected when you live within walking distance of a military base, hospital, and Wright State University. To my knowledge, a lot of the students I bumped into where from the middle east, so you do have to be mindful that their habits may not be like yours, but the community does have a set of rules regarding quite hours that fall inline with the city of Beavercreek's quite hours. Other then that, the lofts are a bit pricey, but they offer some pretty amazing amenities, not to mention the monthly happy hours that are held in the club house! But, the water is pretty bad in the area, try not to let it stand for too long! The Good: Great for young professionals and those who seek an easy commute to the base, WSU or entertainment. I definitely enjoyed the fitness center on the property, as well as running in the area. Being a young professional, I meet some pretty cool people when I stayed here, and the staff over in the front office ROCK! Very flexible and reliable. You just have to go over and tell them, not only when something is wrong, but when things are going right!

I lived at the Lofts for over a year and absolutely loved it. The apartments themselves have a very contemporary look and are fairly high quality. The thing I absolutely loved about the Lofts was the sense of community. Resident events and communal parties allow for great social interactions. The few negative reviews are from the naysayers who complain about live music at a resident event/ party on a Friday night. Noise from these events in restricted to the pool area and all city ordinances are followed regarding noise past 11pm. If you want quiet but still want to be a part of this great community don't get an apartment facing the pool. If I hadn't purchased a condominium, I would still be living here.

I was saddened to see the reviews on this page. I recently applied and have been accepted to move in to the Lofts. Everyone is entitled to an opinion, however, I do not agree at all about the management staff. They were nothing but friendly and very helpful. I worked with Kate from beginning to end and every step of the way she made me feel comfortable. She helped me and my roommate get approved (since we are both servers and Graduate students at WSU it was hard to show income) and never judged or acted 'elite' towards me even though I had a bankruptcy on my record. I have lived in 3 different apartment complex's and I can say that by far they were the most helpful and understanding. She didn't hesitate to make herself available to us. As far as the fact that the apartments are just fake luxury I think that statement is false. I currently live in a comparable 'luxury' apartment and it is nowhere near as nice as the Lofts. I cannot yet testify to living in the apartments, but I think I will have a wonderful time being a resident there. Everyone experiences things differently, I think it would be unfair to read the reviews below and judge, every situation is different. I would encourage you to go see for yourself before you judge.
