Hello My name is Marcus Redmond.. I li e I. A208.. I would like to say that I enjoyed my 2years that I've stayed here at the Lofts.. Now in this time I fauhht a cancer Battle starting last Sept...I told the property manager at that time ..that I will give her a copy of my Doctors note..just to have in my file just in case I get behind on my rent they would know why and try to help me keep a roof over my. Head...WELL..for Oct until February2017 I paid my rent..In Feb I got behind because all of my hospital bills were coming in...lalalla...anywhew..I talk to AdriN who was the property manager at the time and we came to an agreement..well because she up and quit..the assistance became the new property Manager and she told me to court...well we came up with an agreement and I told her then that the third payentwas going to be an issue..well she didnt tlisten.. Well now I'm about to get put out because I couldn't pay the third payment but I got help with rental asstiance so I had a pledge towards the rent in which expired this pass Friday Well..the new property manager went and put more papers to get me thrown out...Mind you I just went back to work a mint and a half ago.. My better half losthosjobon 4/21/2017..now it's all on me..All I wanted was her to work with me and come up with a better ideal...I'm at the oint where IDGAF..I DONT SUPPOSE TO STRESS AND BEING THATI FINISH MY CHEMO 2/21/2017 I'VE BEEN STRESSING EVRER SINCE THEN...SO I THROW MY HANDS UP AND DID WHAT ALL I CAN DO...SO YES I LIVE WHERE I LIVE..Boo.it don't have all the amenities..but it has character...bit the owner and manger just do t give. A damn...as long as you. Pay that rent on time..but please do t fall ill cause you will lose everything that you work hard for....So yes I will recommend this place to live bit I would say watch out for the owners and. Managent.... Good night..and please pray that something will come and save me from this mess.
