Lived here for about two years now haven't had any problems on the property management is nice they have been here for a long time. Maintenance is ok I just wish they were more time conscious for people with important emergency maintenance issues.

The 6 months I rented here was a good experience for me being my first apartment. Unfortunately I did not get to finish my year lease because of personal problems. Anytime I submitted a maintenance request which were minor, it was always taken care of in a timely matter. The lead maintenance guy Nick always got the job done and was very professional. I enjoyed the holiday party's they gave for the residents. It's a very quiet property and everyone stays to themselves. I never had a problem with anyone. The bonus in the unit was the washer and dryer that most apartments don't offer. Rosa and Kim made my move in experience very smooth! I would definitely come back and sign another lease if they allowed me to.

I love living here. It's very quiet and peaceful, anything I need fixing maintenance comes right away and gets the job done. I even referred a friend and I never had any trouble with the office staff, they were always willing to help. Officers come by and drive the lots, I do wish water was included in rent but other then that, I enjoy my stay here.

This place is awesome. Sure there are fights, thefts car dings, your gonna get that in almost any apartment you rent! The maintenance man Nick goes above and beyond to get things fixed and does it properly and efficiently the 1st time. The office manager and front desk are awesome as well, you have a problem they will do their best to fix it. Great pool, clean property!

It's not too bad, most keep to themselves. I havent had to deal with the office since I've moved here. Its been about 5 months, they try to have get togethers for the complex. I have a medium 1 bedroom I feel its too small for the price. Now that I've been here for a year, I decided to move. There have been 5 "attempted" break ins and 1 person was threatened with a knife on cinco de mayo. I might as well live somewhere else and pay 200 bucks less.

The apartment are priced reasonably for the size but besides that not that great a place to live. the walls are made of paper, the online rent pay system is a joke, the office people are ding bats and if you like your vehicle I wouldn't park it here I had two different friends live here and both got there truck stolen over night. So great if you just want a place to sleep at night but as far as living not so great.

I've lived at Cedar Bend for a while now, well by a while I mean almost a year and I really don't have many bad things to say. Yes the management has rubbed me the wrong way a time or two, but who isn't ever rubbed the wrong way by a land lord. The only other thing is the equipment in the workout center is very out dated and the treadmill doesn't work which is a bummer. BUT other than those few things everything is great. Maintenance is very friendly and quick to fix things. I always find good parking and the property is very pet friendly. It is a very good complex for the price, there aren't many places you can find a nice little one bedroom with a washer and dryer, and even though they aren't the best, it's still WAY better than having to go to a laundry center. I love them for what they are and I would defiantly recommend them for anyone on a budget!
