Update: Since the incident the corporate office reached out to me and waived a month of my rent. They have also replaced the people in the office and Renee has been very nice to deal with. This will be my 3rd lease I am signing this month. They had a pool party about a month ago and it was actually fun. My balcony is right in front of the pool so they through my daughter and I a hot dog and chips. It's not perfect but i appreciate the growth. I've been staying in these apartments since September and I regret it everyday. First problem is the leasing agents. They are rude and don't care about their tenants. Latoya to be exact. I had a leak under my sink and she told me to get a towel and clean it up. Not to mention it took 2 weeks to get someone out to my apartment. Second problem is the parking lot. Too many potholes! The building is slowly falling apart. Next problem is the water bill. When I first moved in it was no more than $25. Now I'm paying over $60. I called in to see why and she tells me it's because of the occupancy of my apartment. It's only my daughter (which is 2) and myself that stays there. Big big scam! Run far far away please! I don't usually leave reviews but for the headache I went through I don't want anyone else to go through it. Oh and not to mention there is still mold growing under my sink.

I have been living here for 8 months. I enjoy the location except when the cowboys play lol. The staff is great and fix things quickly. The apartments were a good deal then. Now the prices change daily so it could be more or less. I'm happy I decided to live here.

I went in today to adress a past due bill on my account. The management here is awesome! I spoke with Ms. Letoya she was very polite and helpful. Ms. Letoya provided me with a variety of resources. The apartment manager also spoke with me, she was very friendly and preserved. They both gave me direct eye contact and warm smiles! If your thinking about moving here, you should! It's a great place to live and you'll love the management!!!

I am into my 8th year here. I really like it here and now that I'm retired some things have changed. First and foremost I stay mainly because of the leasing managers. They have always been kind to me and very fair. I have seen quite a few come and go but I must say LaToya has always been very professional and very kind. I have seen her interact with residents and has helped where she could. The maintance crew is awesome. Overall it's great.

I wanted to rate these apartments because my wife and i are very pleased with our stay here so far Miss Latoya has been amazing. If you are looking for an aprtment these are great. We did face a few issues but my wife and i are happy because every maintenance issue or neighbor issue has been or is being resolved phenomanely by Miss Latoya. She is very nice and great at managing the office. My wife cant get over how blessed we are to have Latoya managing the office and Latoya being first hand who we deal with. She is a very big reason why we love these apartment. I hope she remains working here, or is compensated for her great attitude and ecficiency in how she deals with everything.

I've been living here for about 2 years, never had a major issue with my apartment or staff. There prices are great and very close to Dallas Cowboys Stadium and Texas Rangers. Latoya and Crystal are very professional managers they will see to it that you get every questioned answered and will go out of there way to make sure you have the best experience here. Artemio the maintenance guy is very knowledgeable in every aspect of his work, he will work as fast and professional to get your problem solved whether it'd be for plumbing or even your air conditioner.

I have lived at Arlington Oaks for about 6 years total. I honestly do not want to live at any other apartment complex. The new manager is very professional/sweet and maintenance has addressed all of my maintenance concerns in a timely manner. The location is perfect with all of Arlingtons attractions super close. Traffic is not that bad on game days and is definitely worth my living here. So cozy and my main reason for loving it so much is I have NEVER had a bug problem. Floor plans are so cute and spacious. Parking is not an issue and I can truly say I feel safer here than I have felt at any other apartments in Arlington. The property is older but I appreciate how well it has been maintained and I enjoy going home every day!

Not worth it. Their endgame is charging you as much as possible in fees--$50 because you left your trash out front, mailing you when your rent payment has been denied instead of calling, ensuring an extra $50 in late fees thanks to the time it takes the mail to be processed. The office will not communicate with you unless it's to post a fee on your door. I've been waiting for an email response from their resident's portal for three weeks. There is trash piled up around the complex, dog poop everywhere, and potholes galore. If you don't mind outdated shag carpet and "vintage" appliances (bring your own microwave, as well) you might mind the bugs and the horrific traffic. Maintenance is always slow or "backed up," probably because the buildings and appliances are so old, so it could be a week before you can use all 4 burners on your stove again, and you will never have your air filter replaced unless you take it out and bring it up to the office yourself. I once came home to find a broken drawer had been "fixed," but it wouldn't close completely thanks to a giant screw someone had decided to place behind the drawer. Just don't bother with this complex. It's not worth it.
