I am a new tenant at Applegate Apartments. I believe that in life, when we come across a person who is absolutely exceptional at what they do, who uses wisdom and superior judgment in the execution of their duties, and demonstrates a level of interpersonal connection and compassion above and beyond the requisite business interactions where and when appropriate - then such a person must be recognized for these rarely encountered attributes. Heidi, the office manager at Applegate Apartments, has fully fulfilled all of the qualities. Even with the limited extent of my interaction with her, her confidence, people skills, can-do attitude, and charismatic nature have made me feel fortunate that in my recent relocation from Minneapolis, MN I ended up renting from one of your properties. Given my transactions with her, I have full faith that Karademas will be an entirely positive experience for me and will meet or exceed my expectations as a tenant in every way. Given that corporate management is remotely located from the Appleton office and Heidi's immediate supervisors aren't able to review her work on a day-to-day basis, I thought it pragmatic and deserved that the excellent image she gives to your corporation be acknowledged by the simple first impressions and experience of one of your new tenants. Whether Heidi's admirable performance be a product of her personal talents and sensitivity, an example of the fine hiring decision of your HR department, or a combination of both, I would like to congratulate and thank you for being an absolutely perfect renting experience that in no means is a common nor even expected experience to have nowadays. Great place to live. I was there for about 4 years and haven't had any major problems or complaints. A place where you can leave your garage door wide open and not worry about anything missing, which I have done on many occasions. Jason, the manager and the staff and very prompt on getting back to you and fixing what needs to be fixed. Once again Jason is probably the best manager I have ever dealt with. Recommend this place to anyone young or old. Thanks for making my stay as good as it could be. Once again, Jason you rule!!

Applegate apartments is very nice. It is really a good place to stay. Everything is fine there.Specially the Apartment Manager Jason !!! Awesome he is such a nice person to help with any issues. I recently emailed Jason my concern over an air conditioner issue. With a bad smell going through the apartment and causing headaches. Within two days a new AC unit was installed. As always, Jason and his crew were efficient and quick to respond. I continue to be impressed with their work.

While there were definitely some kinks here at Applegate, when it comes down to the apartment its quite for the most part, clean and affordable. parking can be a touchy subject but Jason has done his best to work with it. If you saw a recent post on here by me it was more frustration of a lot of issues that happened all at one time, Jason has since talked to us and things have been worked out. Mantaince is very quick and good about getting stuff fixed, and even the one bed room is spacious

After looking thoroughly for an apartment I came across Applegate Apartments. The application process was simple and Jason was helpful in recommending the best size apartment for my needs. My garbage disposal was fixed very promptly. The layout is simple, spacious with plenty of storage and natural light. Laundry facility is inside building. I find it quiet with good neighbors, easily accessible to downtown and shopping by foot, bicycle, or vehicle. I also think it is a good value in a nice neighborhood. I am very happy here. I find Jason to be efficient and easy going. I have had terrible landlords in the past and appreciate this.

I moved in a couple months ago and have trouble relating to a couple of the scathing reviews I saw on the website. I would give it 5 stars but since I have not gone through a winter yet, I thought I would wait. I have found the other tenants to be friendly and have never had any problems with others taking my clothes from the laundry room. I had a problem early on with the door of the dishwasher and Jason did not hesitate to replace it with a brand new unit. There was a minor problem with the alarm not working in my unit to alert me that the UPS was trying to deliver a package but it was fixed the next day. The last thing I would say is that I am very happy to that Applegate Apartments is so centrally located as I can get to WalMart in 10 minutes and the same for traveling downtown where I do volunteer work.
